This Pet Friendly and Kid Friendly Condo is beautifully centered between 4 Ponds and the Blue River. Your Private Hot-Tub sits on the river for enjoyment regardless of the weather or season. Condo is a 5-minute walk to Breckenridge's Historic Main Street or a slightly longer walk to the mountain lifts. You can walk to the lifts/slopes in less that 10 minutes or you can jump on the shuttle. Shuttle is 100 yards away.
Condo is fully furnished with 3 comfortable beds, linens, towels, pillows, etc. The kitchen has all the cutlery and appliances necessary to host a small party. Pet Friendly means with approval you make bring a pet or two. Condo provides all the basic needs.
Winter or Summer it is truly a joy.

There we were decompressing in a large (hot) hot tub drinking a cocktail after an eventful day riding the highest peak in North America, the smell of pine in the air,snow falling on the tip of my nose as I look up and see a zillion bright stars in the black sky,the sound of the babbling brook just below,I've never been to heaven but this has to be close.

This unit is the perfect location for someone wanting close proximity to town and the slopes. We spent a number of nights there and couldn't have been more happy. Comfy! Secure! Clean! The private hot Tub and location on the Blue River make it special and relaxing. It had everything we asked for....We enjoyed and would recommend.

Our stay was fabulous. We've stayed there both summer and winter and have no complaints. Our favorites about the place are the location since it is within walking distance to all conveniences including the slopes and the flow of the river right outside our door is a special treat. The owner is very amicable, reasonable and easy to work with. Great for a mixture of outdoor activities including all snow activities, running, hiking, or spending time in town. We stayed for July 4th weekend and it was perfect--walk to the parade, grilling along the river, and right inside for a drink and a nap. I would recommend this to anyone.

My wife and I make several trips to Breck every year to ski and enjoy the summer activities. Once we discovered this place we pretty much don't stay anywhere else. It’s slightly outside of town, easily walkable, but that means quiet 100% of the time. Huge comfortable sofas in the living room, cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and high speed WiFi have made every stay memorable. Did I forget to mention the babbling river right outside our door which completes the relaxing ambiance this place radiates? We'll be back, no question!
