Featuring direct Gulf Views and a boardwalk to the beach this new luxury 3 BR / 3 1/2 bath house is perfect for your family vacation or just to get away at the beach and relax. The house is new and features 'upscale' furniture and decor. Swimming pool shared by only three homes is available for your use. Sorry, no pets are allowed and outside smoking only is permitted here.
On the first level there is a two car garage, a den area complete with a Queen Sofa Sleeper, Wine Cooler and Wet Bar, and two of the bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twin beds. There are private bathrooms in both bedrooms. A covered patio area is located off of the den area and the bedroom with the king size bed.
The second level features the master bedroom with a private bathroom and private balcony, the living room and the kitchen area. The private bathroom has a jacuzzi style tub and separate shower with multiple jets. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with new tapestry palm tree bedding. A washer and dryer is provided in the hallway area. A half bathroom is located off of the kitchen area. There is a covered balcony off of the living room area for ocean gazing or catching cool breezes off of the gulf.
Views of the ocean are awesome from this house, please note the proximity to the Gulf of Mexico from our photos. The boardwalk is just steps away so getting to the beach with your little ones is practically effortless.
The house has tile floors on the first level and bamboo floors on the 2nd level. The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances and we have flat screen TV's with cable TV.
