Bernards Landing is generally acknowledged to be the premier resort on Smith Mountain Lake, with homes priced from approximately $270,000 to over $800,000. The resort has every amenity including two swimming pools, racquetball, a private health club, a Jacuzzi, an award-winning waterfront gourmet restaurant, a waterfront tiki bar lounge, a marina, a sandy beach, boat ramp, and boat docks.
Our condominium sits thirty feet from the water on a grassy hill and overlooks a wide water view of Smith Mountain Lake. Smith Mountain can also be seen from the balcony. Our second floor unit opens to a broad deck that runs the width of the condominium. There are boat slips available for your boat directly in front of our building for a daily rental fee. Sliding glass doors extend across the back of the condominium and afford a wide view of the lake. It also offers a magnificent view of the sun rising over the lake. At night the stars glow brightly to make for a romantic setting on the balcony.
