Great location and accommodations for our family of six. We were very comfortable in this well appointed and well kept Condo. Scott and Erin were great hosts and even gave us a call during the week to ensure that we had everything we needed. Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking in this area. Really enjoyed the clean and sandy beach at 6th avenue, only a couple of blocks from the Condo and an easy walk. Thanks again Scott and Erin!

Wonderful condo and very nice. Great condo for families and just a weekend get away. All rooms are very spacious and furnishings are extremly nice. Owner is very nice to work and we hope to return very soon. My cousin and I stayed in Oct. 2011 and it was just great!!!! I highly recommend this condo for families who will take good care and apppreciate this condo. Just a short walk to the beach. Pool is very nice to.

The condo was beautiful. So luxurious, well stocked, comfortable. We have 3 children, 14, 7, and 5. All 3 children loved our "vacation home". The pool was so close and everything about the property was well kept and clean. North Myrtle Beach was so much fun. There was something to do at all times for everyone. I would recommend this location and THIS condo to everyone!!! Thanks so much Erin and Scott!!!

Loved this top floor condo. Location can't be any better. The place is quiet and I hope it stays that way. My son and I went down for a couple of days to give my wife a break. The owners were a pleasure to work with. The pool is steps away, and the beach a few blocks which keeps the noise down. During the warmer months Ocean Drive has a small amusement type place to go to with rides for the kids (not cheap though). I hope they will rent to me and my family again soon.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It is comfortable and well decorated. The pool was lovely, and since we inadvertently booked our visit during one of the "bike weeks" it was amazing how quiet it was. We usually stay at on of the Oceanfront Resorts, but this development was much more relaxing and quiet - in a very positive way. Scott, First off thanks for answering the phone and giving us phone directions! From there our vacation only got better. Your condo is super clean and everything was better than your pictures. Your quick responses to all of our many questions were answered quickly. My kids loved the bunkbeds. Even my Mom loved this place too...WoW! She just had to take her time on the steps going up & down to the 3rd floor, but other than that it was all good. 3 generations enjoyed our week's stay. Would definitely recommend this place to any and everybody. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo.

Have not been to Myrtle Beach in 30 years! But I can tell you that when i go back, I will diffinitely be staying here again. Beautiful accomodations from front door to back patio. All I had to do was buy groceries if I was cooking. Walking distance to beach and enjoyed my hour walks each day on the beach. My kids loved playing in the sand and community pool. Located just in the right place with all the food choices, shopping and entertainment. You won't be disappointed in this choice. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and even called us to have a safe trip back home. Will be back!:)) Jerry-Atlanta, Ga.

We had a nice trip to NMB and really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The location is very convenient - walking distance to both the beach, and the stores / restaurants on Main Street. The property was very clean and exactly as listed on the website. Our reservations and arrangements were made through emails with the owners. They were helpful and responsive to every question, and made the process very easy. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend this unit to anyone who is considering a visit to the Myrtle Beach area. Thanks again Scott and Erin for a great trip.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Condo had all you could want. Very nicely decorated. The vaulted ceilings make it feel bigger. Complex is very nice. Well equiped fitness center. Rec center has pool table, TV & wifi. Really need to take your car to the beach if you have much stuff. Parking was easy to find. North Myrtle Beach is a great location. Walmart and food stores near by. Note that the third bedroom does not have a door, but a curtain.

Just got back from our vacation in North Myrtle Beach! This condo was fantastic! We were close enough to the beach and really enjoyed the pools and hot tub. The condo was clean and neat when we arrived and found everything in working order. I highly recommend this location for anyone wanting to get away from all the touristy hotels. We were within short driving distance of all the touristy things when we wanted to go there some evenings, but it was great being away. Thank you for a beautiful place to spend our vacation.

Actually is only one block from the beach is you choose the main entrance, but anyway, this is a very nice place to stay for a summer vacation. Well located, close to superstores and malls, restaurants and just 20 min to Broadway on the Beach (if you have teens) You can also rent a golf cart to go around the city with easy. Condo is really well kept. Everything deserves a 10 pts. except for the internet connection. if you really need it, bring your own wi-fi. other than that I'll definitively recommend this place for a relaxing and quiet vacation.

We stayed in this condo the week of July 10th. It was nicely decorated and very welcoming. There was easy beach access with parking. Shopping and activities are all very conveniently located. There were several pools including a kiddie pool which were clean & well kept. Everything we needed was close by. The owner was very helpful with the reservations and was available by phone if there were any questions or needs during our stay. There were no problems and my family had a great vacation!

I rated my overall rating for this condo as Excellent. My family rented the condo from 6/26 - 7/3/10. We really enjoyed the location of the condo. It was within walking distance of the beach and other entertainment and restaurants. It had onsite fitness center around the corner and pool located right out the condo door. We arrived in NMB after a LONG car ride with two young children and were so pleasantly surprised when we walked into this condo. It was immaculately clean, well appointed, cozy, and beautiful! It was close to local attractions and close to the beach. I would have like to have had the golf cart thrown in, but we ended up driving to the beach and it really wasn't a big deal - parking was easy and we always found a faucet to rinse all the sand off before getting into our car. It's certainly within walking distance, but not with toddlers. Rent with confidence, as this condo is top notch! The owner called in to check on us and was very pleasant to work with. We had NO problems or complaints! We'll definitely be back soon! Thank you!

My family and I vacationed in Myrtle Beach June 5-12. As soon as we walked in the condo, we felt comfortable and at home. You are dealing with an actual family, not a company.. so it makes the experience much more personal and enjoyable. Condo was super clean and spacious. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed in this unit during the week of July 18th. We just loved it. The accommodations are excellent. There were 3 adults and 2 children in our party. The kids room was perfect and with the wireless connection they were happy. The unit was clean and we had everything we needed. We loved the pools and the exercise room. The complex was well maintained. It doesn't take too long to get to the beach and if we drove we always found a parking spot. The beach locaton was great. We will be back. Thanks Scott.

This condo was exceptionally nice, one of the best we have ever stayed at. It's about two blocks from the beach. We purchased a rolling cart to hold all of our beach supplies for the maybe 5 minute walk. However, beach parking is plentiful as well. Golf cart rentals are available as well nearby. A Walmart is about a 3 minute drive away. The balcony of this condo overlooks a pool, one of 6 on the property. The property owner provided very good customer service, and even called to check in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend taking the Wild Encounters Tour through the TIGERS Preservation Station located at Barefoot Landing. It was a once in a lifetime experience that allowed up close and personal contact with tiger cubs, orangutans, lemurs, an African elephant, and more. There are no bars separating you from a 900 lb. liger...awesome! We also recommend a visit to the House of Blues. We went for the breakfast buffet one morning ($6.99). Even if you don't go for a show, it's worth the trip to walk through the property and look at the unique folk art that covers almost every square inch. The Main Street of North Myrtle Beach had a charming, nostaglic feel. You won't lack for entertainment in the area. We personally enjoyed Barefoot Landing better than Broadway at the Beach. It was less crowded and had a layout that we enjoyed more with some very unique shops. We would highly recommend this property!

It has been 8 years since we have been able to take a family vacation so you can imagine how important I felt it was to find the perfect place. After about 40 hours of agonizing research on the internet, we found this one. It turned out to be better than the pictures even could show. This home was not decorated for "renters" but looks like special care was put into picking the pieces carefully. I especially liked the kitchen items I found. Everything was of a good quality from the Cuisinart coffee pot to the Hampton Forge knife block. My son-in-law is quite the chef and he and I both had no trouble finding what we needed. It was all layed out very well. The furniture throughout is quality and very comfortable. The pictures dont even do the outside justice. It was absolutely beautiful. I loved that the complex is so new. My husband, the personal trainer, said the work-out room was well equipped with Nautilus machines and had everything he would need to work his whole body. While he was in there, I was outside "working my tan".It was enjoyable that we could watch each other through the glass.We tried several of the different pools and hot tubs. We had no trouble finding a place to park at the beach but we were there before the crowd hit. The beach was uncrowded but the kids walked to a few of the high rise buildings to use the pools and lazy rivers. We also enjoyed the 2 mile walk to Cherry Grove Pier where for $1.50 you can walk on the pier and sit on the observation deck. The day we went, we saw 2 people catch 20-25 pound King Mackerels. Holy Mackerel!. My older kids parasailed from Cherry Grove.They also have banana boat rides. We enjoyed the easy access to Barefoot Landing (just a few miles) and of course, spent way too much money at Broadway at the Beach. We love the food MB has to offer. Oldest daughter and her husband like the upper scale dining and they said they've not eaten so well before. But the rest of us were quite pleased with the burgers from Five Guys (within a few blocks) and also Burkys Grill further south toward MB. There was definitely something for everyones palate. The only thing I was envious of, was the neighbors in golf carts. It would have made it easier to get around. There is even close parking for them at the beach and at Walmart. We seemed to be the only ones without. Will recommend to everyone and won't wait another 8 years to come back. Back to Ohio, but hearts in MB

Our stay here was exceptional. My granddaughter did not want to leave. The place is perfect, from the way it is decorated, how clean it is to the conveniece aspect. Plus everything you need is furnished(linens, towels, cooking utensils). It is a couple of minutes to the beach and around the corner to shopping and restaurants. The community is so clean and quiet. We spent one month here and it was extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay here couldn't have been better...It was gorgeous,spacious and comfortable..It was very clean and felt very homey. We loved it and will consider it again on our next visit to N Myrtle Beach, SC. I can't say enough about the place. The swimming pools and hot tubs are all so close to each building that if one would happen to be very busy there's another closeby. The restaurants were very closeby and of course a Walmart too if you forget something..Thanks so much , we loved it...

My family stayed here in mid-July and had a fantastic time. The condo was especially clean and everything appears to be brand new. It is tastefully decorated as you can tell from the pictures and thankfully the owners avoided the usual beach cliche decorations. The complex is very nice with multiple pools as well as an on-site workout room and game room. The location is very convenient to shopping ( 3 grocery stores within 1/2 mile) and is just a couple blocks from North Myrtle Beach's main street. There are plenty of restaurants in the area so it isn't necessary to drive into Myrtle Beach to find a number of choices. However, if you plan to spend most of your time in Myrtle Beach you will have to deal with some traffic going down Hwy 17. It's really not too bad and we made the trip several times but obviously NMB is not in the heart of all the action (although we prefered it that way). It did have easy access to all of the theatres and shows since most are on the Northern edge of MB. As for the beach, the location was very good. NMB is not nearly as crowded so it's much more relaxed. The beach was very nice. Technically, you could walk from the condo but it's probably not practical if you're bringing chairs, umbrellas, etc. However, there is plenty of parking and public access to the beach especially if you go about 1/4 mile north from the condo. There's a mile or so stretch of nothing but houses with a small parking lot and beach access about every 4-5 houses. We never had a problem finding a place right at the beach. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would strongly recommend this condo. The only time I wouldn't recommend this property is if you absolutely had to have a beachfront location or had a problem with stairs since it's on the third floor.
