Elk Rapids is located on Grand Traverse Bay and the Chain of Lakes. There isn't a better place for boating or beach than here. The marina offers rental slips and access to Lake Michigan. The lower harbor offers access to the beautiful Chain of Lakes including Elk Lake and Torch Lake.
This is one of the finest homes in the village. This is the owners private residence so you will find it fully equipped and most comfortable. The landscaping is lovely with flower gardens surrounding the home. It is just a short walk to the beach, shopping area, marina and public park and beach. There is ample parking in the rear of the home for a boat trailer or camper. You need not bring anything with you as every thing is furnished by the owner. Just relax and enjoy beautiful Elk Rapids and the surrounding areas.

I enjoy the location and the close proximity to the small village, the harbor and public beaches. Whether it is an early morning walk through the village or a stroll down to the park to watch the sunset, it can't be beat. I have extensive flower gardens which I enjoy, lovely neighbors and a relaxed comfortable lifestyle with every convenience found in the home. Life can't be any better than this for me.

I was raised in this home as a child. It was extensively remodeled in 1997. I couldn't imagine retiring anywhere other than this beautiful town and all it has to offer. I live in this lovely home for six months each year and winter in the Florida.
