We recently built a mountain home, so we are unable to use the property. We've made some wonderful memories over the last eight years that we spent our family holiday vacation in Breckenridge, at Grand Timber Lodge. You simply cannot beat the amenities. You can see the New Year's Eve fireworks from the property and not have to fight the crowds!

$4900/week (seven full nights).
A 50% deposit must be received by October 31, 2009. Non-refundable.
