Brianna's Beach House is a quaint and charming house located 3 minutes North of Town overlooking the enchanting blue hues of the Caribbean Ocean. This location is both quiet and convenient. You will only be minutes away from Dive and Tour Operators, Restaurants, gift shops, and convenient stores.
This is not a house but a HOME completely equipped with a full kitchen, full bathroom and the amenities needed. Brianna's Beach House is comfortably furnished with two bedrooms (a double bed and a queen size bed), one bathroom and living and dining area. If needed this house can accommodate six guests as we have a sofa bed that pulls out to a queen size bed.
This home is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home including microwave, barbecue, television, cable, phone, ceiling fans throughout and air conditioners in the bedrooms, hot and cold water, a completely fenced yard for the little ones, and bicycles for the young at heart and the energetically minded! The front verandah is perfect for enjoying a fresh cup of coffee while overlooking the enchanting beauty of the Caribbean Sea. We have thought of everything!!

The beach house is in a fabulous location, close to great restaurants and the city of San Pedro. The house is clean, comfortable and has an unobstructed view of the beach with a subsequent benefit of the trade winds which provide a cool breeze. It is a great value. One of the extra benefits is that the owners also own Searious Adventures and you get discounts on excursions plus they pick you up in a boat right on the dock steps from the property!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
