Family friendly lakefront house on shores of Lake Marion, S.C. This SMOKEFREE house has a large cozy den/breakfast area that is wrapped in windows where a great view of the lake and sunsets are visible. The large NEWLY renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything but the groceries! The large master bedroom and bath are upstairs with an adjoining bedroom and 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor with 2 full bathrooms.(NEW Sleep Number bed in Master BR) (Internet available upon request for long term renters). The sandy beach, Adirondack chairs, private boat landing and pier is a quiet place to watch the sun set, gaze at the stars, relax and unwind or take a calming boat ride to maybe catch a glimpse of a bald eagle. Spring months are the best for bream fishing!

Lake Marion is the home of the first ever landlocked striped bass. The B.A.S.S. circuit set new records in 2004 for average weight per day. The area is saturated with championship golf courses, but the best part is our world renowned southern hospitality!

  • We stayed at the Lee's house for 1 night and it was very pleasant. The neighbors were very friendly and they too were at the lake for a vacation get away. We fished all day and caught 5 HUGE Crappie. It was a very relaxing get away.

  • Our family stayed at this beautiful lake house and loved it. We were a large group and there was lots of space for everyone. The decorations and furnishings are very pretty and comfortable and the kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. Stepping out the door to find ourselves on at a private sandy beach with our own personal dock was very relaxing and the perfect vacation. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful in giving us information about the lake and the surrounding area. We loved our early morning coffees in the adirondak chairs looking at the stillness of the lake and enjoying its beauty. We would highly recommend it for a large group celebration but also for a getaway for a couple or small family which we are planning for next year.

    Welcome to our site! We are a new and do not have many comments yet, yet we would love to have you come to Manning for a visit! We love the lake and know you would too! The winters are very quiet and we have lots of mild days that are great for fishing! Come see us soon!
