We love the western side of Panama City Beach and this is about as west as you can get. The communication was superb, and the accomodations were as well. The photos accurately show the unit. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to future stays...

My family stayed in this condo Labor Day weekend. The weather was bad and it rained most of the weekend but the covered pool really saved our vacation at the beach. We enjoyed the condo and the views from both balconies were great. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and our girls enjoyed the twin beds. It was nice to have a TV in the master bedroom and one down stairs for the girls to watch. It was convenient to have a large washer and dryer in the condo. We felt safe and secure since the condo is in a gated complex. Two pools and a lake for fishing! We plan to return to this condo, it's a really great value with so many things to offer at the complex and the comfort of the condo. Easy to make reservations and willing to work with us. Thanks for a great vacation.

I recently visited this condo with 3 of my friends and we all had a fabulous time! We were so pleased with the location we were in. The condo was very clean and well kept. The views were beautiful also! We were close enough to all the activities and restaurants that PCB has to offer yet far enough away from the chaos of busy beaches. This condo is great for couples looking for a nice getaway and also extremely family friendly! I would highly recommend Pinnacle Port to anyone!

This condo delivered exactly what I was expecting. Spacious, clean, and cozy.... This little getaway was the perfect solution for a much needed vacation for us! Originally, we reserved a five-night stay, but opted to add one additional night because we just couldn't leave!! The beach is just below the balcony; where we spent many hours sitting and sipping on cold beverages, as we watched the ocean waves breaking below. We initially chose this property based on the location. However, upon reading the numerous positive reviews... We were sold! Communication was far above expectations. Gloria was easy to work with and very accommodating to us. We are so completely rested after six days of fun and relaxation, we are 100% certain to reserve our next beach vacation with this owner. Might even bring the kiddos with us next time! Thanks so much for a great stay and for sharing your wonderful condo with us. You will hear from us again! Jimmy & Kristy

My family and I were in PCB for the National Softball Championships in the 3rd week of July. After pouring through listing after listing, we decided to stay at Pinnacle Port. First of all, dealing with Gloria was fantastic. She is both accommodating and professional. We had run into some timing issues, and with her help, we were able to secure the space for our stay. The views from the balconies are simply breathtaking. Each morning I watched dolphins and pelicans in the emerald green water. While the building is older and somewhat out dated, our stay was comfortable. There was a strong order in the vestibules on some days which was not pleasant, but it was not constant, and never found its way down the halls or into our living spaces. The beaches were clean and not crowded at all. The best part about the property in my opinion is that it is removed from the hustle and bustle of the main part of PCB. Also we only noticed families staying as Pinnacle Port, and there was no wild parties. In fact the evenings were very quiet and relaxing. We hope to return to PCB next year, and we will be calling Gloria rest assured. As for now, I miss my dolphins and pelicans in the morning.

I will do my best to given an honest review of not only this unit, but Pinnacle Port Resort as well. My husband, sister, two children, one grandchild and I enjoyed our recent stay at Pinnacle Port. The condo though a bit outdated in decor, was perfect for us. What we appreciated most was the cleanliness of the unit. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN A++ AND the ease of booking the unit. Gloria was AWESOME to work with and made everything so easy. The bedrooms are large which worked well for our 19 and 13yr olds that shared a room. Even had room for a pack and play for the toddler (also provided by Gloria!) with space left over. All utensils were provided, linens, lawn/beach chairs and a cabana -which we thoroughly enjoyed! Pinnacle Port Resort offers lots of things for teens - ours enjoyed hanging at the pool and beach late at night with friends they'd met. It was nice that we could simply look off the balcony to keep an eye on them. :~). Most of the visitors at Pinnacle Port were families -with the exception of a few "rough housers" that happen to move in across the hall the day before we checked out. Expect alcohol on the beach and at the pool daily and nightly...but during our stay, there were no "drunken parties" that we were aware of. We noticed that Security kept a good eye on things which made of feel comfortable. As with any place, there has to be a few negatives. We only experienced a few such as, all of the elevators were not operable but it never really hindered us. Had trouble with WiFi -which was fixed toward the end of our week. And, there seemed to be a problem with trash pick up - some days the smell out in the main hallways was very strong - I can only assume this was due to the extreme heat index. Again, this was not enough to hinder us from enjoying our stay. Oh, and the resort does shut the water off several times a week for about an hour at a time -for regular maintenance. Again, nothing that affected us -but just trying to give an honest review. Lots do to at Pinnacle Port and the surrounding area. We rented Bikes at Carillon Beach Resort just next door, shopped in their village, went to Karaoke night as well. We enjoyed shopping at Pier Park and eating at Shuckum's and Sharkey's. We will definitely keep Pinnacle Port in mind for future vacations and would recommend it to friends and family. Thanks to Gloria for working with us on EVERYTHING we needed for this trip!
Owner response:We appreciate all of our guest and the opinions of each guest is important to us so that we can continue to improve what we have to offer our first time guest and returning guest. The decor of our condo is what you see in the photos on the web page. The decor is a matter of personal taste and sometime what is best for a unit that is used and enjoyed by a wide variety of guest each year. The decor and furniture that you see in our photos is the same that you will see when you stay in our comfortable condo. In the 3 years that we have been renting our condo to guest no one has brought up a problem with the water, elevators, trash or free wireless Internet that is available to guest at Pinnacle Port. Maybe there was a problem that we were not aware of during the week these guest were on the Pinacle Port property. We will look into the problems mentioned in the comments and see if there is an on going problem with any of the things mentioned during their stay. We were not made aware of any of these problems during the guest stay and receiving the guest comment was the first time we were made aware of these things. July is a very prime, busy month for vacations and probably the most requested month of the year. We understand how there could be some problems at any complex during such a busy time of the year. Pinnacle Port is a quite, security gated community in an unscale gulf front complex and is a great place for family vacations. As with any complex there are a wide variety of guest and the way each guest enjoys their vacation time at the beach may be different from the guest staying next door. Security does not allow guest to be disturbed if they (security) are made aware of a problem on the Pinnacle Port property. We do our best to take care of any problems that we are made aware of to make our guest feel safe, comfortable and feel at home in our condo during their stay. We think our guest are the best and like to hear about their vacation. We have many return guest and look forward to their referrals and return vacations with us. We thank our guest for being great guest and taking the time to submit a comment on our guest page. We welcome their return for any future vacations in PCB. Gloria (rental manager)

Well, another great visit to PCB, courtesy of VRB Unit 190083. This is getting to be a yearly regularity, for good reason - we've found that it is almost impossible to find such a finely-appointed condo, at such a great location along the beaches, for such a reasonable rate. One thing we especially like about Pinnacle Port, and the unit in particular, is that we never have to worry about the spring break hordes nor any loud, obnoxious visitors to spoil our vacations. Unit management is outstanding, and Pinnacle Port itself is certainly one of the premier vacation developments in the area...if you dont want to be right "in the thick of things", you'll love Pinnacle, and will want to return every year like we do. Pure sand beaches, balcony right on the ocean and away from the pool areas, close to the huge Pier Point Shopping Mall, 2 large national chain foodstores right down the street, controlled access to the buildings. What's not to love! See you next year, maybe later this year! Ray DesJardins
Owner response:Ray, it is always great to have you and any of your family rent our condo at Pinnacle Port. You are all great guest and treat our vacation home like it's your own. We look forward to your vacation time in our condo. Thanks for your comments and for being such great guest. We look forward to hearing from you any time for plans in advance or last minute beach trips.

We had a great time on our vacation, and wanted to let you know that everything went smoothly. Thank you for your quick response to our initial inquiry, and sending us all the information that we needed. The views were beautiful, and lucky for us, the weather was great. We really enjoyed the long walks on the beach, and just relaxing with a good book on the beach and by the pool. We recommend that everybody go down to the Pier Park area (only 5-10 minutes away.) Great restaurants and cute shops. We look forward to coming back next year!

Brother and I spent several great days at the unit. The beach is a matter of yards from the building, the lower balcony faces gulf, and the beach itself is as good a stretch as anywhere along the Gulf. Unit is extremely well-furnished and kitchen- equipped, lots of room, big bedrooms, plenty of chairs, tables, lamps, etc. Only complaint was the weather - we got some really freak late-May days and nights where temps were low-50's at night and cold/windy during the day. But, couldn't blame management for that. Would recommend unit to any one - great pricing as well. Hard to beat for prime Gulf rental, and not right in the middle of all the noise and traffic of PCB. What a beautiful beach. The condo is quite homey and we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed walking to the little shops and everything else you would want is a short drive nearby. This is a great bargain, we will definitely come back.

My 3 children ages 7-2 along with my parents spent two weeks at Pinnacle Port! We had such a good time. The beach was closed for saftey a good bit but it did not bother the kids- they loved the pool and all the activities in the surrounding community. I did not have to bring a lot of toys b/c they were already there, sand toys, pool toys(towels and plenty of them) all there! I loved the blacony sitting on it after the kids went to bed watching all the shooting stars we were lucky it was the begining of the meteor shower that happens every August. Gloria called often to make sure we had everything we needed she even got a play yard for my 2 year old to sleep in when i couldn't find one to bring with us and it came in really handy! There are plenty of dishes, soap, everything so you don't have to spend all day cleaning because you will run out of spoons. If i did need anything Gloria was more than happy to help me out and with 3 kids in a new place that was very comforting to have. And the 2 and 1/2 bathrooms!!!! great with 3 kids and 2 grandparents the bathroom downstairs in the laundry room was a lifesaver! My children got to see more ocean wildlife from the balcony than i can remember seeing anywhere else. The dolphins were so much fun to watch that it became a contest everyday to see who could spot them first. They were sometimes up very close (but not too close) and would jump and play in the surf we were just in awe watching them- my daughter got to swim with the dolphins at Gulf World and just loved watching them jump in the "wild". My son not to be out done loved the nightly crab hunting so he could scare his big sister with the crabs he would find on the beach! So now that i have written a book- we had a great time and everyone was just so friendly and the condo so comfortable that it really did feel like a home away from home. I could cook and the way things were arranged you just knew where things were salt already there...just like at home. Thanks so much for all the hospitality!! My kids and i can not wait to go back. Thanks agian!
