  Very nice, comfy condo, very convenient location, quiet beach. Good floor plan. I'd recommend for the owners to stock toilet paper and paper towels - as those are not necessarily the items that visitors would think they are responsible for. Pool was awesome, very clean and warm. The beach was great too, and we even got to swim in the ocean a bit - we've hit a bit of a wavy season, where the waves were great for surfing, but a bit challenging for swimming. Overall, great stay.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

  I have been building memories at New Smyrna Beach Florida since the age of 4, now age 40, married with kids, it brings me such joy to extend the New Smyrna Beach memories with my own family and this condo is a key part of our memories/tradition. The condo is a beautiful unit located on the no drive side of the beach. It is clean, fully stocked with everything we need and the perfect place to vacation for a week or two. We have built many sandcastles, swam in the pool for too many hours, floated in the ocean, dodged a wave or two, found some really interesting shells, even a whole starfish, played some competitive shuffle board, played a few games of cards by the beach, took some nice long walks and naps, entertained family and friends, grilled a steak or two, watched turtles nesting on their eggs, captured too many sand flees to count, caught lots of blue fish and an occasional pompano surf fishing, flown a few kites, rented bikes, rented a fishing guide from time to time and caught some trout or red snapper depending on the season. There is a nice small park not too far from the condo – head left on Atlantic and it is on your right hand side. It has a small play area for kids, a fishing pier and the most amazing sightings for dolphin and manatee. I hope you and your family enjoy building your own wonderful memories at New Smyrna Beach as much as we do!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  My husband, mother-in-law, and I stayed here during Thanksgiving and LOVED it!! The unit was very comfortable and very clean. The view of the ocean from the balcony is fabulous. The clubhouse is also very nice; it includes a computer with internet service and a library of books and games. We would recommend to anyone.

  It was very relaxing to swim in the pool and ocean, walk the beach and play the odd game of shuffle board! This apartment is tastefully decorated, comfortable and we felt like we were at home. We also enjoyed eating locally at Boston's Fish House and Riverview Charlie. We had a fantastic stay! Thank you very much!

  Everything about our vacation was enjoyable and first class at a budget rate! Reserving any location is scary, site unseen, but this condo unit was immaculate and had all the amenities. During our 2 week visit we felt right at home. Don't neglect the sites, like the State Park, Lighthouse Tour and River Taxi. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach every day, including sunrises, fishing(delicious Pompano), shelling, and swimming.

  My wife and I, and our two little ones, we stayed at the condo 2 times over the course of 4 years and we loved it so much. The time spent was so relaxing and rejuvenating. You can walk the beach and enjoy the pool and the fishing too. Last time we went, we couldn't believe the transformation of the condo since our first visit. We were very happy with the rates as well. Enjoy!
