Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. You can walk the beach, relax or spend time by the beautiful pool (heated in the winter). The balcony overlooks the ocean for a breathtaking view, where you can watch the sunrise and the sunset.
Condo can sleep up to 6 people with 2 extra mattresses and a cot available. It has 2 DVD players and 3 TVs in the apartment. A fully furnished kitchen for your use, if you decide to enjoy a romantic dinner for two on the balcony with the waves of the ocean as your background music.
New Smyrna Beach is charming and quaint with a small town family-oriented atmosphere. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from and some are best known for their seafood. Flagler Avenue offers quaint little shops and restaurants, where you can eat outside and enjoy your day all within walking distance. The city of New Symrna Beach has a water taxi that takes you up the river and drops you off at local restaurants and shops for a very reasonable fee (@$12 per person). They will pick you back up at the end of your day, which makes for a nice family day trip.
JB's Fish Camp is on the Intercoastal Waterway and offers some of the best seafood (majority is supplied by local fishermen). You can also rent canoes and kayaks for a day filled with fun and you might even get to see some wildlife.
The Intercoastal Waterway offers some of the best Red fishing and Trout fishing in the whole South-Eastern U.S. You can make reservations for half day or whole day fishing trips.
Swimming, sunbathing, boating, sailing, deep-sea fishing and good old relaxation are some of the different activities available for your family to enjoy on your vacation.

My husband, mother-in-law, and I stayed here during Thanksgiving and LOVED it!! The unit was very comfortable and very clean. The view of the ocean from the balcony is fabulous. The clubhouse is also very nice; it includes a computer with internet service and a library of books and games. We would recommend to anyone.

It was very relaxing to swim in the pool and ocean, walk the beach and play the odd game of shuffle board! This apartment is tastefully decorated, comfortable and we felt like we were at home. We also enjoyed eating locally at Boston's Fish House and Riverview Charlie. We had a fantastic stay! Thank you very much!

Everything about our vacation was enjoyable and first class at a budget rate! Reserving any location is scary, site unseen, but this condo unit was immaculate and had all the amenities. During our 2 week visit we felt right at home. Don't neglect the sites, like the State Park, Lighthouse Tour and River Taxi. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach every day, including sunrises, fishing(delicious Pompano), shelling, and swimming.

My wife and I, and our two little ones, we stayed at the condo 2 times over the course of 4 years and we loved it so much. The time spent was so relaxing and rejuvenating. You can walk the beach and enjoy the pool and the fishing too. Last time we went, we couldn't believe the transformation of the condo since our first visit. We were very happy with the rates as well. Enjoy!
