Enter through an arbor covered porch into a spacious great room, featuring gulf front living and dining areas and adjacent kitchen with granite counter tops, large central island and upscale appliances. Enjoy gulf views from every direction while inside, but just step out onto the wide, covered porch to take in the breathtaking vista before you. A private walkway to the beach leads from the porch and across a beautifully landscaped lawn, where the kids can play when not on the beach.
Three bedroom suites provide private and comfortable accommodations for your family and include the master suite with King bed,and adjoining bath and wonderful Gulf views; a guest room with a queen bed and adjoining bath and a guest room with a set of Twin bunk beds and bath. TV/DVDs throughout. Wireless internet provided. Visit the nearby communities of Grayton Beach, Seaside and WaterColor Beach to enjoy the many shops and restaurants convenient to you. Plan a family outing along the many miles of bike paths that border our beaches. Parking for 2 cars. Saturday to Saturday rental. (*Summer requires 5-night minimum plus cleaning fee.)

Footprints will forever be my first choice when booking a vacation rental on the Gulf. It would be hard to find a more relaxing, convenient, beautiful setting. Amazing views from the porch, the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The private stairway to the beach enabled us to meander back and forth from the beach to the house easily and often. I spent literally hours just relaxing on the porch, watching the waves and the dolphins that came once a day to play up and down the coastline. A huge bonus was that the living room and bedroom furniture was really pretty and comfortable. And each bedroom having it's own bathroom was wonderful. I will return every chance I get,

If you have visions of waking in your own home on the gulf to breathtaking views and the sound of the surf beckoning you, this is the place. This is the place you imagine when wanting to go the beach; single family home, steps from the yard directly onto quiet uncrowded beach, covered porch with big comfy seating to watch the amazing Gulf sunsets, this is the place you picture. We just returned from the best beach trip our family has taken. The kids could run back and forth from the house to the beach in safety, we were able to rent a sea kayak and keep it close to the beach, drink coffee on the great covered porch in the morning while watching the dolphins, rode bikes around the quaint Blue Mtn Beach area, it was awesome! Blue Mountain Beach and Footprints is a throwback to what the beach should be like. We highly recommend Footprints and will definitely return Lord willing. As to the sea sprayed windows mentioned in the other review, nothing that some windex and newspaper didn't take care of. Clean, beautiful views from everywhere in the house of the amazing emerald waters!

This house was a great home away from home with a beautiful scene of ocean at your backdoor. I loved the house. Had all your utensils needed for the kitchen, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap bars, salt and pepper and of course all your cooking suppies. The washer and dryer was very useful. The masterbed was comfortable and the view was amazing, only if the salt walter film wasn't so slimmy looking on the window, but hey that is what you get when the winds are going tough with the ocean out your back door. You will need to bring your own beach chairs or rent from the local shops for $30 or less a day, King fish was a great service they will set everything up everyday and night. This house is a great catch if you want a great getaway from your busy lifestyle and give to yourself your well deserved break away from it all. Hope this helps to all who are searching.
