4 bedroom / 2 bath beachhouse located in quiet, family-oriented community of Bethany West. 8 tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, fitness center on site. Community is perfect for those that enjoy walking, bike riding or running. Swimming and tennis lesson are provided on site for a small fee. Community center provides various activities daily for children. Within walking distance to the beach with less than 1 mile to the sand. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants as well. Several Bethany Beach trolley stops located right in the neighborhood. 1 beachside parking pass to park in town is included. Rents Saturday to Saturday.

Note: Bethany West renters must purchase passes to use facilities. Passes may be purchased at the club house for $6.00/per person per day or $20.00/per person per week (2009 rates have not been published yet).

  • We have spent many summers at this very roomy, comfortable property with our family. The pools and clubhouse are beautiful. And if you enjoy walking, this is definitely the neighborhood for you! There are several wonderful restaurants in the area. The trolley is convenient and you are less than a mile to the sands of Bethany Beach.

  • Very roomy house with a lot of rooms which affords privacy also if you wish to get away from your many house guests that you can have here. Great back porch is one of my favorite places. I have been here numerous times and will return this year. Quiet neighborhood, great for walking and close enough to hike to the beach. Extremely clean, too!
