Why the Owner Chose Crystal River
We weren't familiar with the Crystal River area prior to purchasing our home. We were drawn to the house due to its unique architecture and history, as well as its location in such a picturesque and charming community.
The Unique Benefits of this House
After having spent some time in Crystal River, we have completely fallen in love with the area and with the home. The neighborhood is amazing - each time we visit the neighbors treat us like we have never been away.
One of our favorite things about the house is the floor to ceiling windows - what a view! Whether it be morning or night, it feels so special to stand at the living room railing and look out over the river, the neighborhood and the beautiful Plantation Golf Course.
We also love the sun porch. My wife loves to sit out there and read, or nap. She enjoys the fresh breeze from the screened porch and listening to the quiet sounds of the neighborhood.
