Quail Hill is newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath home on a private acre in the Sedona area, with a 1 bedroom/bath guest house as well. Quail hill can be rented alone to sleep 6 or with the guest house to sleep 8.
Quail Hill is a beautiful spot......Very peaceful with lovely red rock views and just a couple of minutes from West Sedona.
The home has been tastefully decorated and contains everything you will need for your Sedona holiday.
The living area/kitchen/dining create a great room. Gorgeous granite counters adorn the well equipped kitchen of Maple cabinetry and stainless appliances. Sumptuous leather and upholstered furnishings complete the living area and mission oak the dining area.
The Master Suite has a king bed and private bath with shower.
Bedroom 2 also has a king bed with private entry to the second bath with shower and tub.
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.
To expand to 8 persons, the separate guest house, Javalina Casita (vrbo listing 130251)can be rented with the Main House at a special rate.
There is a wonderful outdoor patio area with outdoor furniture, gas grill and hot tub.
