This beautiful home has a wonderful view of the San Tan Mountains.
There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master’s bedroom is so huge that it fits a four-poster bed and still has plenty of room to spare. There are two guest rooms upstairs and another one downstairs. There is even a quiet nook upstairs for reading or just relaxing.
Downstairs, there is a formal dining room, family room and an open-designed kitchen and dining room.
This is an ideal location to spend your winters. You can while away the afternoon in the extended patio in the back.
There is also a small playground across the street, perfect for the kids to play catch.
Approximately 45 minutes from Phoenix Airport and about 10-15 minutes aways from Mesa Gateway Airport.
When you’ve had enough R & R and would like to sightsee or just catch some action, there are several venues within a short drive such as:

This property was everything that was advertised and more! The location is a bit out of the way, but the way the area is set up, it was only about 15 minutes from the Gilbert area. The home was in immaculate shape. It was comfortable and roomy. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were wonderful to work with and they obviously care about the renter's experience. I would highly recommend this property. It was a fantastic experience!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
