Condominium number 49 is located on the second (top) floor, and has a magnificent garden view. The balcony looks out over the green lawns and brightly colored gardens, and is a perfect place for enjoying the pleasant breezes and radiant sunsets. The recently redecorated one-bedroom unit includes a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and comfortably accommodates four people. A remodeled bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area make the condominium a complete vacation living area. The unit includes cable TV, high speed internet connectivity, DVD player and stereo CD player. Resort laundry facilities are less than a five minute walk from the front door.
Kauai

Over 680 exotic species of fish can be seen while enjoying the warm Pacific Ocean or when exploring the Wailua, Hawaii’s largest body of freshwater and longest river. Other spectacular sites include the magnificent Napali Coast and the Waimea Canyon (the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific").
