$20/night fee for pets. $100 deposit holds your reservation.
10% bed tax/$300 fully refundable security deposit/$30 cleaning fee
1/2 rental fee due 30 days prior to stay.
1/2 remainder due two weeks prior to stay.
Full refund of rental fee (less 15%) 30 days prior to stay.
No refund less than 30 days prior to stay unless re-booked.
