Situated in the hills of central Montecito, a short distance from Coast Village Road, this eclectically decorated residence is the perfect spot to create memories that will last a lifetime. A private gate opens to a multi-level outside entertainment area with beautiful gardens, a pool with Jacuzzi, a ping pong table, many relaxing areas with chaise lounges, and an eating area that seats 12. The outside entertainment area also boasts gorgeous ocean views, rose gardens, fruit trees, and scenic paths that lead to treasured areas of relaxation.
Upon entering the house, one takes in the original modern-style paintings and rustic Moroccan antiques into the foyer, with terra-cotta tile floors throughout the residence. To the left of the foyer is the formal dining room that seats 12, where one can dine while overlooking the Pacific ocean, surrounded by breathtaking paintings and one-of-a-kind antiques. Just beyond the dining room is the large formal living room, with all of the creature comforts, including a fireplace, 2 long couches, a grand piano, and an abundant collection of books.
The dining room and foyer lead into the kitchen area and great room. The great room features 14-foot vaulted ceilings and is cheerfully decorated with sunny yellow walls. It contains a lounging area with two couches, a plasma television with Apple TV, DVD, and VHS. The dining area within the great room seats 12 guests. The house has been furnished with 12 place settings for all kinds of entertaining: champagne and wine glasses, plates, place settings, and seating.
Because the matriarch of the household was formerly a professional chef, the kitchen is stocked with any and all conceivable top-of-the-line large and small appliances, gadgets, 2 dishwashers, pots and pans, and knives. A large skylight illuminates the kitchen during the daytime, showcasing granite counter tops, and a sizable island. Dozens of cookbooks are available for reference as well.
The master suite is the absolute ideal of style, relaxation, and luxury. It contains a king-size Moroccan-style canopy bed with a plasma TV at the foot of the bed, that can be lowered into a storage area with the touch of a button. The master suite has its own patio with a staircase leading down to the pool and Jacuzzi, and extraordinary ocean views. The master bath contains dual sinks, a large Jacuzzi tub, a sitting vanity area, private toilet, and glass-enclosed shower, and leads into an enormous dressing room/closet.
The 2 guest rooms on the far end of the house are situated just beyond the master suite, and both have private entrances to the back patio area. One guest room is equipped with a queen bed, and the other with a king bed. These guest rooms share a roomy bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate glass-enclosed shower.
Two more roomy yet cozy suite-style bedrooms are situated past the kitchen/great room area. Both have king-size beds, their own private baths, walk-in closets, and plasma TV’s.
The great room leads to the back yeard that is terraced with various entertainment areas, including a barbecue area, a sitting area with 2 chaise lounges, a basketball hoop, and a volleyball area.
In addition to its beautiful views, and luxuriously furnishings, and abundant amenities, the residence has a housekeeper who comes once a week to clean the house, wash all of the sheets and laundry, and will do any necessary ironing of clothing.

$600 Move-out Cleaning Fee, additional house keeping can be arranged.
$3500 Refundable Security and Cleaning/Damage Deposit.
