We had the best time! The moment we walked into your beautiful clean condo, we were thrilled. We felt at home right away and loved the surrounding area. It was just a perfect week, in a perfect place. We purchased a couple of lounge chairs that we left there. Also, the beach umbrella lost a battle to the wind one day, so that was replaced. We are very interested in returning for the same week next year. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your great condo.

We loved our stay at 204 Ocean Club! Everything was at our fingertips ... can't think of a more comfortable and beautiful location in South Florida. The owners were especially gracious. Looking forward to our next trip already.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and charming condo which offers all amenities. The owners are wonderful hosts. The location of the condo is perfect: just in front of the beach and there are quite a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

Thank you for offering such a lovely place in an amazing location. We went on line to look for a warm vacation spot in February ... and we found you. (We left 18 inches of snow!) Your condo was immaculately clean and we loved the tile work throughout. We were especially happy with the security gates, the heated pool, and temps in the 80s. A special surprise was the Annual Founder's Day Celebration at Deerfield Beach. We got to watch the parade, bed race, and fireworks from the comfort of our balcony, and enjoyed shopping at the artisan craft and food tents. In addition, the ocean was beautiful ... nice soft sand. Thank you!

A great spot! We walked everywhere. The condo was lovely with all the conveniences of home - except the "cook and dishwasher". We'd definitely stay here again!

Fabulous! I have to say, initially I was ambivalent, the proximity to the beach seemed almost too good to be true(when looking online). It is literally steps from the beach:) My husband, my two girls (ages 8 & 10) and I had an amazing vacation. The condo is immaculate. Both bathrooms are beautifully renovated, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is perfect for breakfast, lunches and light dinners. (I don't cook on vacation!). Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and kind. My kids loved the pool. The town of Deerfield Beach is walkable for meals and shopping. The guests all had an impromptu Superbowl party, it was absolutely lovely. Would strongly recommend, 5 stars!!!Nothing but fabulousness. The owners are SOOOOO NICE, easy to work with, accomodating and helpful(this is not a paid endorsement:) I myself am a huge reader of internet reviews, and this is the first one I've been motivated to write about!!! We defintiely are planning a return trip!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

You won't be disappointed! The photos on the website don't do this one justice. The owners tastefully decorated this unit, and when we met them to check in, they are as nice in person as they were when making the arrangements through the internet and phone. We arrived to find the condo spotless and all the upgrades were better than any 5 star hotel. All new ceramic floors, all new Moen bathroom fixtures and all new vanities. The master bedroom shower was awesome, "the cascading waterfall type". But the clincher here was waking up each morning to see the most incredible sunrises over the ocean. In our opinion the sunrises here on the east coast were more impressive than the sunsets on the gulf coast. The location of the condo complex could not be more convenient. It is centrally located to all stores and restaurants. No need to even rent a car. We had once since we needed to meet up with some relatives for dinner which we did reluctantly since we knew we had everything we needed right here. So after a full day on a BEAUTIFUL beach, you will have much more to look forward to; the great shower, a glass of wine on your own waterfront balcony, then a quick stroll to dinner. We were partial to 2 restaurants, the "Patio Grill" for the entertainment each nite and the "Whales Rib" for the best Mahi Mahi around. Go and enjoy. We'll be jealous until our next trip.

Girls Beach Week! This was a great condo on a great beach. It was perfect for me and my girlfriends. the view was awesome. It was close to all the restaurants and shopping - no car needed in Deerfield Beach. The condo was very clean and nice furniture and nice fixtures. The owners met us at the condo and explained all the features, told us where the great restaurants were and where the shopping, church and movie theaters were located. Restaurant menus were in the condo along with maps and tour books. I would recommend Deerfield Beach and this condo to my friends and family.
