No matter what brings you to the beautiful North Fork, this gem will make your visit all the more enjoyable. The gorgeous Sound beach is literally just around the corner. Friendly neighbors gather nightly to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. There's also a fresh water pond with plenty of wildlife and a labyrinth of hiking trails.

Golfers can reach the Islands End GC in minutes and Wine Lovers aren't much farther from dozens of vineyards. Greenport Village is alive with shopping, antiques, and some of the best, new restaurants on the East End.

Beach gear (beach chairs, coolers, umbrella) is in the garage as well as sports gear (soccer ball/net, football, whiffleball etc). Linens and towels are provided...so pack light.

Also, it can't go unmentioned that Fall is a spectacular season here as well.

  • We had a wonderful weekend! The house was beautiful and the gorgeous weather that weekend certainly didn't hurt our experience. House is a short walk to the sound, perfect driving distance to wineries, and a few miles from the cute town of Greenport with restaurants to fit everyone's appetite. Thanks for a fantastic time!

  • Greenport is a very lovely town in a very lovely section of Long island New York. Your very smart and comfortable house was exactly what we were looking for--spacious, clean, very comfortable and charming with tasteful appointments, plenty of room and very comfortable beds. The nearby private beach was a great walking excursion in the mornings offering wonderful natural sights and solitude. Greenport town itself was within walking distance (apx. 1 mile) and was a great way to get acclimated to the community. We played golf on the nearby course, went kayaking, barbecued and otherwise thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We're already looking forward to next year.
