Our "home away from home" is a 12th floor unit in the East tower, which overlooks the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, and also has a view of the sound from the balcony, with exits from the living room and master bedroom. The view provides a wonderful panorama of the landscape and wildlife of the beautiful Navarre Beach area. Beautifully decorated, this unit has a sectional sofa in the living room that can either fit a crowd, or give everyone their space. The Beach Colony is a luxury high-rise condominium complex positioned in the heart of the small Navarre Beach community. Take a dip in the largest pool on Navarre Beach, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, or just relax on your balcony and enjoy the Gulf breeze. You're only steps away from restaurants where dining is truly a unique beach experience, and just a short drive to golfing, shopping, movies, fishing, diving, great entertainment - everything being at the beach has to offer.

Ice maker non-working with a hand written sign stating did not work. Front left stove eye did not work. Only two large glasses in cupboard and one was cracked. Defintely not enough dishes if 6-8 people are staying. Master bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable we've ever slept on. We slept the last three nights on the sofa!.
Owner response:Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We had the maintenance team do a thorough inspection and address the issues. We value our guests’ feedback – they are given a unit inspection sheet to complete (things do break and supplies diminish) and are encouraged to contact the management company during their stay if there are any issues. We continuously try to improve ourselves and that's what we have done in this case - setup an additional walk through after each renter has departed.

This condo is very nice & comfortable. The condo including carpet was in great shape. We had everything needed. We spent a few days just enjoying the condo due to cool weather. Has great furnishings. Having the beach service was a real plus. I would recommend this unit to anyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
