This is a truly unique property that has been totally remodeled in the last year. It is located on the 4th floor of the Naples Continental Club, a guarded limited access building on the exclusive Gulf Shore Blvd. North. The views of the beach, gulf and sunsets are spectacular. Shops and restaurants of Venetian Village are within walking distance. All the amenities of Naples are minutes away.
The master bedroom has a full view of the gulf from a beautiful wooden bed. There are many built-ins in the master. The shower is imported marble. The second bedroom has 2 comfortable twin beds, built-in shelves and an onyx shower. This unit is one of the few in the building that has an in unit washer and dryer. The remodeling job was done with the finest materials-stone, solid wood, gourmet appliances. There is a beautiful dining area with solid wood table and chairs as well as a granite countertop with stools for casual meals. It has a view of the beach.
You can walk to the beach and pool which are within 40 feet of our building and enjoy the sun from a porch, pool deck, sandy beach, or remain screened from the afternoon heat by a fashionable retractable screen system in the living room. The pool area is beautifully landscaped. There is a sauna, exercise room, and pool table. There is also a library and ping pong table.
