It is the largest model available in Ke Nani Kai. The location of the unit is perfect for families that like to swim, play tennis and BBQ because the pool is 15 steps from the backdoor.
Molokai is a great place to vacation. It is a very slow island that gets you into the island slow mode the day you get here. There are lots of things to do and see but not too much that you get overwhelmed.
This is the place to come when you need to recharge the batteries and feel relaxed. The saying on Molokai is "Don't try to change Molokai, Let Molokai change you..."

Why the Owner Chose Kaluakoi
There are a lot of things to see and do here but the biggest draw Molokai has is it's ability to relax you. Moloka'i really is an escape from the rat race. Have you ever gone on vacation and come home feeling like you need a vacation? That won't happen to you here. Don't plan to much until you get here. The best things to do are free.
Here are some ideas:
Relax on a white sand beach
Hike the golf course and discover more beaches
Go exploring (there are a lot of great hiking trails)
Rent a bike and cruise around
Rent a scooter
Go fishing, surfing, snorkeling, swimming, floating, etc...
Take a drive to the East End stopping to see the sites and waterfalls
Do as little as possible and relax

Future Swell Enterprises, LLC is Operated by Eric and Alona Demmers. We moved to Molokai in 2004 with our 2 daughters from Fallbrook, California. For the last 2 years we have been busy building our house on the West end of Molokai (you can see it from Ke Nani Kai). We first came to molokai in 2002 and fell in love with the island, the friendly people and the lack of crowds here. We feel Molokai is a hidden gem and are very glad we can share it with you.
