  Our family stayed in this immaculate cottage and had a wonderful vacation. We took many day trips to Falmouth, Wellfleet, Marthas Vineyard, Hyannis and Sandwich to name a few of our favorites. The location of this home made it very easy to get to the many Cape Cod attractions without worrying about the traffic .Thank you Janis for all your hospitality.

  Our family of seven were very comfortable for our relaxing week long stay. The attention to detail in this perfectly located house was amazing. We all agreed that it was everything we could have hoped for and more. The kids loved the private beach and the large lawn. The adults loved the safe, friendly, quiet location and the view from the porch. Day trips were easy due to being close to many great spots. Our host was so kind and helpful with suggestions for nearby attractions. Fantastic accommodation! Beautiful home away from home feel.

  This was our first vacation back in the Cape Cod area. We choose this beautiful house for the proximity to the water and the ease of getting around. My husband, our two children and my parents enjoyed every second of our stay. We loved spending our evenings sitting out on the porch enjoying the view and sipping wine, while the kids played. We also loved the owners hospitality. She made sure that everything was perfect...and it was! Thank you for a wonderful vacation and everlasting memories!

  My family and I stayed at this property for 6 days and 5 nights in September 2011. The house is charming, warm and inviting. The property owners are top-shelf!! -could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We are definitely planning a return trip. My only hesitation in recommending this property is that if it becomes too popular, it might not be available when we want to stay there again!

  My family and I have rented this property with another couple for the last two summers for one week each stay. Each of our families have 2 adults and two children so this size house was perfect for our stay. There are two floors and 2 bedrooms on each floor with a bathroom on each floor so that worked out very well. The property is a rarity in that is has air conditioning (for a small additional cost) which is very nice if it becomes hot during your stay. There is a TV with DVD and cable TV on the main floor as well as another TV upstairs (I assume this also has cable, we've never used it). The yard is excellent for children to run and play in and you can walk easily to multiple cove beaches as well as downtown where you will find small places to eat and ice cream for the kids. The property comes equipped well for the budget conscious vacationer with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, coffee maker, gas grill and dishwasher and ice maker so you can cook at home for your entire trip if you like. We chose to do that for much of our stays. You are close to shopping at large grocery and department stores and also close enough to drive to whale watches, fishing tours and the like. There are also concerts right in town sometimes (our friends managed to attend a Beatles tribute while we were there that was in walking distance). Janice is excellent to work with and only asks you take care of her property as if it were your own. Sheets, towels and bed linens are all supplied. The place is always clean when you arrive and she will be there waiting to check you in and there again to check you out on time. Top notch rental and always a great time, don't forget to sign the guestbook.

  We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. There are so many fun things to do very close by, most of them within walking distance. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. We stayed here with our two children and my husband's parents and we felt like we had plenty of room. The owner's hospitality was amazing and the detail that has been put into making this home comfortable was greatly appreciated. The home was spotless and everything about the property was well-maintained. We hope to come back again next year!!
