This condo has access to the largest heated swimming pool in southwest Florida which encloses soothing waterfalls and a tropical island.
Our condo is on the 2nd floor and comprises of Two Bedrooms (1 Master suite with Queen Bed & 1 Guest suite with Twin beds), Two Full Bathrooms with showers, formal dinning area, fully equipped kitchen with summer room and a laundry room. Also includes west facing lanai to catch the evening sun at the rear of the condo which is furnished to a high standard. There is a covered parking area with a lock up containing beach chairs and parasol.
Approximately 5 minutes walk to the swimming pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. Approximately 10 minutes drive from the gulf beaches, pier and exquisite dinning and shopping on 5th Avenue.
