Luxurious high-end villa totally renovated with beautiful and comfortable furnishings, new bathrooms, and deluxe kitchen, directly across the street from the beach at Seabrook Island and just a short walk to the Beach Club and the first tee of the golf course. The best location on the island, and a sought-after very private end unit. Special floor plan from renovation gives you a luxurious completely private master suite that occupies the entire second floor, with two private balconies and a tumbled marble bathroom with large walk-in shower and large closet. Both balconies offer some limited views of the ocean through the trees (other 3 bedroom Spinnakers have a much less private downstairs master without a balcony or deck). Downstairs the large great room with huge cathedral ceiling, tumbled marble floors, and gas fireplace opens onto a spacious deck with some views of the ocean through the palms. The Italian dining table seats eight, and the great room features a beautiful Eddie Bauer sofa as well as a cream Haitian cotton large sofa that opens to a queen-sized bed. The new kitchen with top-end stainless steel appliances opens off the great room. A second bedroom with twin beds and a deluxe tumbled marble full bath with tub/shower is also located on this floor, as well as a third bedroom which is a converted porch, which can be opened up to the sea breezes if desired. This bedroom/porch features a twin bed plus a trundle and large armoire, and is nestled under a beautiful old live oak tree. There is a half bath in the hall as well. Downstairs there is covered parking for two vehicles as well as a large outdoor shower. The house is filled with local art reflecting Seabrook and Charleston scenes.
From this villa, you can walk to three beaches--(1) the beach at Dolphin Point is directly across the street (the best place on the island to view the dolphins, who often come within six feet of the beach), (2) the beach at the beach club with pools, chaises, towel and bar service, and (3) crescent-shaped Pelican Beach which is ideal for toddlers because of limited wave action and ideal for nature enthusiasts, as it adjoins the nature preserve at Camp St. Christopher.
Renting this villa provides you with a full membership to the exclusive private Seabrook Island Club. Amenities include the Ocean Winds and Robert Trent Jones designed Crooked Oaks golf courses, full-service tennis center with Har-Tru clay courts, swimming pools at the Beach Club(heated in the off-season), restaurants right on the ocean, fitness/recreation center, kids' club and playground and equestrian center.
