Situated on the Nettle Bay, Caribbean side and not 'lagoon', very beautiful studio for 3 persons, waterfront, of 35 m2 and 15 m2 of the terrace, in the secured paradisiac residence, Nettle Bay Beach Club, with direct access to the sea and swimming pool. This unit is directly ocean front with no units in between it and the ocean. This residence is directly situated on a private beach, with white sand and tropical garden, 4 private swimming pools and 3 tennis. Our studio consists of a corner lounge, Sony flat TV screen 32' connected to cable television provider CanalSat with french and foreign broadcast, air conditioning, a large king size bed 2mx2m, 1 individual bed for 1 person, bathroom and a very beautiful new and functional kitchen (patches vitreous ceramics, refrigerator, freezer, wash machine). Our studio is close to any conveniences, supermarket and shops (300 m), 5 restaurants (100 m), and of Marigot (3 km), French side capital. The beaches of a rare beauty of Long Bay, Bay Rouge, Plum Bay and Cupecoy are all within 5 minutes driving. Frequent local buses are available to go to Marigot. In 15mn of car to join the Dutch side with its beautiful duy free shops.

    WE have just returned from our stay in St. Martin and wanted to let you know what a great time we had. That was due in large part to your delightful studio apartment and the wonderful view at NBBC. We couldn't stop looking at it and taking pictures of it. We really loved the spot. We had everything we needed in the apartment. It was comfortable and roomy and we loved the colors. We had great weather while we were there. It was breezy everyday which kept it a very comfortable temperature...nice for us as we don't like it too hot. We never had to use the air conditioner until the last night because of the breeze. Touring the island and checking out the many different beaches was a lot of fun. WE especially liked Happy Bay and Baie Orientale. The little community of multi-colored houses that is near it were adorable. I couldn't stop taking pictures. That is just how I picture the Caribbean. WE had no problems at all only good experiences. Fanny was very helpful and sweet. WE rented a car from Discount Rental and Claude....inexpensive and easy to do. We did find it to be the Friendly Island.   • Just returned from a terrific week at this great Nettle Bay condo. The pictures are truly accurate; the view is stunning. The condo is modern, clean and wonderfully equipped. Everything was just as it appeared in the photos. Great location, too; close to Marigot and the Dutch side as well. Owner was extremely helpful from our first inquiry, and the local real estate agent was waiting for us with the keys, friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this condo; the best bargain on the island, and wonderful accomodations. We will book again with this owner. They are honest, easy to deal with, helpful, and represent their property accurately. Miss the view out the front window already!
