The property was large, sunny and very pleasant! The location was absolutely perfect for wine tasting at the local vineyards and visiting the area antinque shops and restaurants. We drove to the beach at the end of the road and had a nice walk along the shoreline; lucky for us December 2 felt like fall. I did wake twice during the night when trains passed by; they were short, and I fell quickly back to sleep. We'd love to come back in the summer and enjoy the outdoor patio and grill. I would highly recommend the property!

We had a great stay here for a party of 4 adults, 2 little kids, and 2 dogs. It was spacious and a good layout that allowed everyone to hang out together easily but also made it easy to get some privacy when it was time for kids' naps, etc. Booking was very easy and the location is very nice. It was quiet and peaceful. The proximity to the playground and dog park was especially handy for our group, and we went there every day of our stay.

Rented the loft for my sister's bachelorette weekend getaway. We were all blown away at how nice the loft was-very spacious and the private beach was awesome! Loved that it had a washer/dryer and a full kitchen! Plan on coming back again!! We all loved it!!

This condo was very light and roomy, clean, and nicely furnished and decorated. There are many art galleries, restaurants, and wineries within a 15 - 20 minute drive; some are walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the market in Sawyer, the Center of the World store which features gorgeous hand-crafted furniture, Casey's restaurant in New Buffalo, and Season's Harvest, which sells sauces (bbq, pasta, dessert) and salsas. Each of the little towns nearby has a small public beach, but the Harbert beach was our favorite. My husband recommends the Whittaker Woods golf course. One caveat: If you have trouble sleeping, you may be bothered by the trains. The condo is very close to the tracks, and there is a train at night. I slept through it, but others in our group could not.

Just the two of us for a brief weekend getaway. Utilized only the master suite, but the two other bedrooms seemed very nice as well. We much enjoyed dinner at the adjacent restaurant as well as breakfast at the cafe across the road. Beaches a few minutes away offered great sand and sunsets. Communication with owner was swift and simple. The condo is exceedingly spacious, modern and clean. We were glad to have found it on VRBO.

I was looking for a place to host a friend’s bachelorette weekend that was not too far from Chicago and the western/northwestern suburbs. This was the prefect spot! It’s an easy drive from Chicago and just a great location - close to the beach, great restaurants, many wineries and even a casino. The loft itself was beautiful, the photos do not even begin to show how charming and comfortable it is. There were seven of us girls there for the weekend and we all fell in love with the place. It is full of open bright spaces and plenty of room for everyone. Whether sitting around the island in the kitchen, the fireplace in the living room or enjoying the fresh air on the front and back patios we felt comfortable and at home. We would all definitely come back again and again!!

Recently in June I stayed at the Loft with my boyfriend, sister and brother in law. It was a great location for the festival we were going to and turned out to be the perfect size for all of us! We were able to relax and not be cramped, cook, and probably the best part was I got to bring our dog who had recent surgery! The space was very clean and well maintained, and had everything that we needed right there, including a nice outdoor space that was fenced we could all enjoy! We even got to know the neighbors that were also renting, it was great! It ended up that my boyfriend and I actually got engaged that weekend, so it made it even more of a special place! We will return!

We rented this property for a week and it was everything we expected and more. Our party consisted of my husband and I, a 3 year old, a 1 year old and Grand parents. The property was big enough that we didn't get in each others way while enjoying all being together. It was only a couple of miles from the Warren Dunes and there was even a local beach and that we walked to and enjoyed. We particularly liked the fact that the property had all the little incidentals we needed but didn't want to buy like dish soap, laundry detergent, cooking oils, and even an array of spices. It also had an array of books, games and toys for those rainy/lazy days. There were a couple of eateries and a great park all within walking distance. The owner was there when we arrived and was always available to answer questions (not that we had many) We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. A+

We booked this for a bachelorette party weekend, and all 6 of us decided that we will go back every year. We enjoyed the casino, walking on the beach, and visiting the wine tasting vineyards. The condo was so spacious and cozy. The pictures are very accurate, but do not do this place justice. Its MORE beautiful in person. The restaurants and locals are incredibly friendly. We enjoyed our weekend get away and literally can not wait to go back again! For those who have never stayed, you don't know what your missing!

This modern and spacious condo was a great place to escape to from Chicago for our family, before 2 of the children went off to college. It has plenty of space for 6-8, was very clean, and had all the amenities one would need to cook, relax, entertain. It is part of a quiet eclectic complex, sunny, and within a short distance to many nice restaurants if one prefers not to cook. There was a nice collection of brochures to explain the area's attractions, which are many. There are a lot of different beaches to go to - we enjoyed the Warren Dunes, as did our golden retriever, who was so happy he could come along on a vacation for once!

My husband, son, and extended family stayed at the loft for a weekend. This place is gorgeous and has everything we needed!! The pictures of the loft are great but when you see it in person it is even better. There is a patio and grill that we used to make a nice dinner. The cabinets were filled with all of the items needed for cooking and cleaning up. There was even dog bowls to use. The décor and layout is spacious and allows guests to enjoy each other’s company or relax in a separate room. The beach, shops, and other activities are close by and allowed my family to choose what they wanted to do at an affordable price. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you Rich and Eileen for a great weekend!!

(transfered from old guestbook system)We just spent a week at the Spectacular loft "Breeze". Our family vacation consisted of 6 people and 3 four legged house members. It couldn't of been a better vacation. The loft had all the comforts we could ask for. Before our vacation was even over family members were already asking "same time and place next year"? On a scale of 1-10 this vacation spot rated a 20! Very impressed.

(transfered from old guestbook system) We loved our weekend at Breeze. There's tons of space for an extended family. It's comfortable, clean, quiet, and hip. The back patio is perfect for morning coffee or cocktail hour. Cafe Gullistan great for lunch or dinner. Look forward to staying again!

(transfered from old guestbook system) The lofts were amazing and the people friendly and accomodating. We visited the dunes, took a train into Chicago, had a bonfire, cooked smores, and found many great restaurants in the area. We were a group of all ages and each person had a great time. This is a super place to stay!

My husband, baby and I stayed here as a last- minute getaway this last weekend. We had a great time and will definitely be staying here again! The condo was fabulous and there was a lot to do in Harbert including the Warren Dunes State Park and several delicious restaurants. The upscale condo was very relaxing and a perfect place to just hang out for the weekend.

The place is great, plenty of room with 4 beds and a great kitchen/living area. The pictures don't give the place justice and the back deck and front patio are also nice. We are looking forward to the next visit.

I rented the "Breeze" loft for the 3rd time with a group of friends. The loft is very well kept, incredibly modern, and very comfortable. We felt at home and enjoyed all of the updated conveniences in the loft- XP radio, fireplace, grill, etc. This would be a great spot for all seasons. Can't wait to go back!!

It was just perfect. The location close to Chicago but still felt I was far away. The design of the lofts are breath taking. Did not want to go outside, the lofts are very roomy. I can't wait to go there again.
