Absolutely Excellent! We have owned and rented other properties in Rancho for years and this home suited our family perfectly! The sun exposure, relative proximity to the gates and outdoor area are truly perfect. The pool was a perfect size, and the dek was really usable for our active family. One thing we were surprised about was that it felt more private than any of the other homes because of the golf course hill in front protects your home. Walking through the front door you are instantly struck by the 14ft ceilings and massive open space. The view beyond captures you and draws you through the living/dining/kitchen great room through to the outside. The gourmet kichen is well equiped and you never feel crowded- even with the whole family. The 3 bedrooms were nicely laid out and allowed for privacy from one to the other. Each bedroom is beautifully appointed and has sumptuous ensuites. I can't say enough about the home but the true pleaseure of this home is its owners. They are so easy to deal with; honest, accommodating and straight forward. I can't wait to go back!
