Great Family Vacation Spot - If you love Hawaii this is the place to be!

We have been going to Oahu for years and normally stay in Waikiki. Due to the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, we decided at looking at other options on Oahu as well. This past March, my wife and I went to Maui and fell in love with the "Maui" vibe - however our family really enjoys some of the amenities of Oahu as well. (We have three children - ages 14, 4 and 1.5 years, as well as my parents come with us too). From the start, Doug was amazing with his customer service via email with me. He emailed me pictures of the property, had quick communication, and was extremely knowledgeable of the property. Upon arrival at the resort, the villa was everything we had thought it would be and more. It is amazingly laid out for our family. The pictures to not do it justice - you need to see it in person. The only complaints we had were that on the back patio (Lanai area) the sprinklers run every night. This turns out to make the grass extremely wet all the time - so when the kids are playing they track little wet footprints across the lanai and into the villa.....along with a little mud.....at night due to this moisture it turns into mosquito heaven as well. Upon emailing Doug, he advised that the resort would spray for mosquito's right away. Hopefully next year the resort doesn't run the irrigation every night - as it will let the grass actually dry out a bit. Other than that - this resort is perfect. The health club is gorgeous, the grounds are beautiful - and the villa has all the amenities of home. Enjoy it - we will be back again for years to come.

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this villa. It is in a beautiful spot, very easy to get to (no elevator involved) Just walk right up to it after a day at the most beautiful lagoon beach. It is new and in perfect condition inside and out. Daily cleaning service included makes for a relaxing and enjoyable time. Highly recommended.
