This place is incredible! I really don't know how else to put it. Brian gave accurate descriptions and meticulous directions (gps, front gate, main door, etc). I could stay there and never leave (if I could only afford to do so!!) Thank you x 1000 Brian! I hope to deal with you again soon!

Wow! our first time using VRBO and our first experience far exceeded our expectations. The town home was amazing from top to bottom. Well stocked, clean, heated garage, comfortable, and relaxing! This property was well built with every detail designed toward comfort. The Southwind community maintained the grounds and roads very well. Someone came and cleaned the snow off the driveway and front porch to make it safe to go in and out! Ski in ski out made it easy to round up the kids! The shuttle was perfect to stay connected to the lodge and activities without having to use your own vehicle. Brian was responsive and helpful in answering my questions. The reservation process was simple and deposit returned on time. This was a family trip with our three boys 7,5,2! Our two year old celebrated his second birthday and had a blast! This is a family friendly home and the kids miss and talk about it all the time. It was cozy and inviting and we look forward to visiting the property again next year! Thanks Brian and family for extending your hospitality! See you soon!

Everything wonderful, can't say enough about the location and the owner Brian! Great attention to detail, both in the home and in communication with Brian, who was very responsive to any inquiry. We hosted a family gathering to celebrate a nephew's graduation and it was perfect for everyone. We all had a nice time at the pool, gym, on the alpine slide and at the lodge. Great kitchen to cook in...plenty of seating and enjoyed all the decks as well. I've looked at and/or stayed at many properties at both Seven Springs and Hidden Valley so I can tell you...don't pass up the chance to rent this house!

This townhouse was gorgeous and suited us perfectly! Very high-end finishes and decorating...wow! There are three upstairs bedrooms with two full baths, a TV room and one large bedroom with another full bath in the basement and then a TV room, high-end kitchen, half bath and fancy washer and dryer on the main floor. You will be pleasantly surprised that the townhouse is stocked with: -paper towels -napkins -dishwasher detergent / laundry detergent -trash bags -aluminum foil -all kinds of spice to cook with -cleaning supplies, though you are only required to wash dishes We found it would have been helpful to bring: -more kitchen towels (yes, you can wash them, but we went through them quickly) -hair dryer -don't forget your own shampoo and toiletries, though hand soap is provided -dryer sheets -cooking spray (we ran out while we were there) Activities in early May = mountain biking, walks on trails, swimming at the main lodge and grilling on the back deck. The pool that is very close to the townhouse wasn't open yet, but sounds like it would be fun. We also just missed fireworks, which were scheduled for Memorial Day weekend. We missed out on some activities, but we also hardly had to share the resort with anyone! So there was a trade-off. We hope to return and had a very easy time communicating with Brian via email. Every email was responded to promptly and my security deposit was returned within the week. Very professional. Check online to see what a deal you are getting! If you rent through the resort, you'll pay AT LEAST several hundred more for your weekend stay. We were 100% satisfied.

We had a Wonderful stay at this Townhome! It was everything and more that has been listed in their adds and reviews. So much to do even after the white stuff stops falling! We took a melting pot of ages with us from 91 to 11 and everyone had a Great Time! We are planning a revisit in the near future. I am a CLEAN Freak!!! This is the place to stay with no worries about towels, bed linens, dishes, every pot imaginable, clean furniture, comfy matresses, beautiful floors, very clean carpets, hot/cold water ample, heating perfect ; everything was just so.... Can't Wait for the next stay!!! Thanks Again to Brian and Family!!!

Awesome townhouse, much bigger than we were expecting, and extremely comfortable accomodations. Brian was very prompt with providing responses to all inquiries. This house has the BEST location for ski-in/ski-out since it is situated right along the communities private chair lift. Nothing compares to being able to ski right up to the back door. Our group of 12 had a great time, and will likely be returning next year.

This home is beautiful! Our family enjoyed our ski vacation and felt at home since this property has everything you could want. The convenience of skiing right to the house was great. We have traveled many places but all agree this was one of our favorite places and will return again.

Your luxury condo is indeed that! We loved the decor, amenities, comfortable bedding, everything about the place made it hard to leave. We are not skiers so the fact that the ski trails had not yet opened was fine with us. We walked to the community fitness center to use it; the kids enjoyed the game area. We used the shuttle bus to go to the lodge. This was prompt and so convenient. We chose the area since it was centrally located for the family to drive into from different areas; beforehand we were very impressed with Brian's prompt response to any question. Having now enjoyed such a wonderful weekend at your lovely home, we will be back.
