My family only gets to go skiing one time a year so we want to do it right. We have stayed at some nice places before but this was beyond any of our expectations. 6 adults and 5 kids (from 3 families) and we all had plenty of room in what has to be the most beautifully appointed house on the mountain. The access to the slopes was fantastic. Not once did I even think "..I wish they had..." because this place has it all. We won't be returning to Seven Springs unless we can come back here. They set the bar high!

This place is incredible! I really don't know how else to put it. Brian gave accurate descriptions and meticulous directions (gps, front gate, main door, etc). I could stay there and never leave (if I could only afford to do so!!) Thank you x 1000 Brian! I hope to deal with you again soon!

Wow! our first time using VRBO and our first experience far exceeded our expectations. The town home was amazing from top to bottom. Well stocked, clean, heated garage, comfortable, and relaxing! This property was well built with every detail designed toward comfort. The Southwind community maintained the grounds and roads very well. Someone came and cleaned the snow off the driveway and front porch to make it safe to go in and out! Ski in ski out made it easy to round up the kids! The shuttle was perfect to stay connected to the lodge and activities without having to use your own vehicle. Brian was responsive and helpful in answering my questions. The reservation process was simple and deposit returned on time. This was a family trip with our three boys 7,5,2! Our two year old celebrated his second birthday and had a blast! This is a family friendly home and the kids miss and talk about it all the time. It was cozy and inviting and we look forward to visiting the property again next year! Thanks Brian and family for extending your hospitality! See you soon!

Everything wonderful, can't say enough about the location and the owner Brian! Great attention to detail, both in the home and in communication with Brian, who was very responsive to any inquiry. We hosted a family gathering to celebrate a nephew's graduation and it was perfect for everyone. We all had a nice time at the pool, gym, on the alpine slide and at the lodge. Great kitchen to cook in...plenty of seating and enjoyed all the decks as well. I've looked at and/or stayed at many properties at both Seven Springs and Hidden Valley so I can tell you...don't pass up the chance to rent this house!

This townhouse was gorgeous and suited us perfectly! Very high-end finishes and decorating...wow! There are three upstairs bedrooms with two full baths, a TV room and one large bedroom with another full bath in the basement and then a TV room, high-end kitchen, half bath and fancy washer and dryer on the main floor. You will be pleasantly surprised that the townhouse is stocked with: -paper towels -napkins -dishwasher detergent / laundry detergent -trash bags -aluminum foil -all kinds of spice to cook with -cleaning supplies, though you are only required to wash dishes We found it would have been helpful to bring: -more kitchen towels (yes, you can wash them, but we went through them quickly) -hair dryer -don't forget your own shampoo and toiletries, though hand soap is provided -dryer sheets -cooking spray (we ran out while we were there) Activities in early May = mountain biking, walks on trails, swimming at the main lodge and grilling on the back deck. The pool that is very close to the townhouse wasn't open yet, but sounds like it would be fun. We also just missed fireworks, which were scheduled for Memorial Day weekend. We missed out on some activities, but we also hardly had to share the resort with anyone! So there was a trade-off. We hope to return and had a very easy time communicating with Brian via email. Every email was responded to promptly and my security deposit was returned within the week. Very professional. Check online to see what a deal you are getting! If you rent through the resort, you'll pay AT LEAST several hundred more for your weekend stay. We were 100% satisfied.

Awesome townhouse, much bigger than we were expecting, and extremely comfortable accomodations. Brian was very prompt with providing responses to all inquiries. This house has the BEST location for ski-in/ski-out since it is situated right along the communities private chair lift. Nothing compares to being able to ski right up to the back door. Our group of 12 had a great time, and will likely be returning next year.

This home is beautiful! Our family enjoyed our ski vacation and felt at home since this property has everything you could want. The convenience of skiing right to the house was great. We have traveled many places but all agree this was one of our favorite places and will return again.

Your luxury condo is indeed that! We loved the decor, amenities, comfortable bedding, everything about the place made it hard to leave. We are not skiers so the fact that the ski trails had not yet opened was fine with us. We walked to the community fitness center to use it; the kids enjoyed the game area. We used the shuttle bus to go to the lodge. This was prompt and so convenient. We chose the area since it was centrally located for the family to drive into from different areas; beforehand we were very impressed with Brian's prompt response to any question. Having now enjoyed such a wonderful weekend at your lovely home, we will be back.

We stayed here for a summertime family reunion. The accomodations were perfect and had plenty of room for our 6 adults and 6 children. We would definitely stay here again and are already planning our ski vacation around their availability.

This condo was an exceptionally CLEAN, well-appointed, and comfortable place to have a get-away. As someone who is a self-described "clean-freak", I can attest to the comfort level I felt in this lovely condo. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and the large flat screen tv's are great for relaxing with family & friends. We also enjoyed the 3 outdoor spaces - wonderful to sit and enjoy a beverage looking out at the beautiful views. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Laurel Highlands.

This house is a great vacation home. Ski-in is so convenient, but the nice extras like a bench for taking off boots, lots of hooks for coats and equipment were the things that make your home stand out from the others. Your furnishings, décor and even the light fixtures were so nice. We enjoyed using both fireplaces. It was very comfortable for our group of 11. The kids loved having their own space and bathroom. To top off the perfect place, we had fresh snow during our stay. Everyone wants to come back next year!

This condo is absolutely beautiful with a very warm & comfortable atmosphere. We enjoyed celebrating a 60th birthday weekend. The condo is positioned perfectly for ski-in / ski-out. Also, you enter into the basement after skiing. There is a place for many ski's and boots ... keeping all the snow downstairs. We had a wonderful dinner at Helen's. Plus, the owner was very helpful and accommodating throughout. Thanks !!!!

I lost count of the number of rooms and nice places to hang out or look out to see whats going on outside! Being able to put on the skiis - step out the back door and be off was really cool! Cant wait to return for another great time!

Met friends from Cleveland (it's about exactly half way for each) for a lovely fall weekend. This townhouse is lovely and comfortable. Rooms are spacious, couches and beds are comfortable and the townhouse is well appointed. Lovely views from back windows. I imagine it would be great for skiing, too.

We stayed October 10th and 11th. The place was beautiful! The stay went way too fast, but we enjoyed every moment of it. There were nine of us and we never felt crowded. We would highly recommend staying here. The owners were great people to deal with!

We had a wonderful time and loved the house. Everything was first class, top notch down to the cooking utensils. The beds were so comfortable. Everyone in our family of nine loved them. The downstairs family room with large plasma TV was great for everyone to be together and so comfortable. thanks very much. We all enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the men enjoyed the golf course. We needed more time to do the Alpine slide and ride the ski lift. We would recommend this home to families or couples in any season.

Beautiful!!!!!!!!! My family and I enjoyed this townhouse very much. Everything you could ever want was available. Experienced one of our best nights of sleep. Beautiful view of the mountains. My children loved the swimming pool and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing in the hottub. We will definetely be coming back. No doubt about it, it's a four star facility.
