- MB has good surfing and body surfing - boogy boards and a soft surfboard are available to renters. Beach volleyball courts just down the beach. There is a bike path on the sand that goes south to Palos Verdes and north to Santa Monica. Three "cruiser" bikes are available to tenants.

$1600/wk ... $3750/mo (off-season), $1900/wk ... $5750/mo (high season).
Tentative reservations accepted and held two weeks while contract is mailed out.
Refundable sec. dep., local 10% tax, and non-refundable cleaning fee required.
Half of total amount due within 7 days of receiving contract. Balance due 30 days
before arrival. Accept personal or cashier's check, or bank wire. Credit cards not
accepted. 4 PM check-in; 11 AM check-out (must be strictly observed).
