This condo was very clean and perfect for my family. We have a 20 month old and I wasn't worried about her running around barefoot in the condo. The price was very reasonable and Mr. Irvin was easy and quick to work with. I highly recommend this condo for a small family with young kids or for a quite getaway.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

Mr. Irvin was friendly and quick to respond and gave us an outstanding rate. The location offers many amenities including pools, tennis courts, exercise room, coffee bar, and outdoor grills for cooking. The other owner's/guests/neighbors were all friendly... and to top it all off, there weren't many college kids around to cause trouble! The condo itself is quaint, but serves it's purpose very well. It was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is perfect also. It was also nice to walk out the door, go past the pools, and have your feet immediately in the sand! I highly recommend this condo. Perfect for a family!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Enjoyed 18 days in Febtuary 2011. Loved it! Everything was right at your fingertips and very convenient. There is no better view in the entire building. Go see for yourself!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
