36 inch color TV/DVD/VCR in living room, king bed/TV in master bedroom with private bathroom and large walk in closet. Queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. The second and third bedrooms share a second full bathroom. A pocket door separating the the two guest bedrooms and bathroom from the living area allows for additional privacy.
Sit back on the lanai and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. Play 9 or 18 holes of golf and have lunch at the club house pool, bar and grill. Relax at one of the 25 pools and then head down to one of the town squares for live music, dancing and happy hour every night. Dine in one of the nine country club restaurants (fine dining or casual) or one of the many great restaurants at either of the town squares (or the third now under construction). After dinner take in a movie or head over to Katie Belle's Night Club for some late night live entertainment and dancing.
Access all of the fun with the 4 seat golf cart. Miles and miles of golf cart paths lets you explore all of these great benefits without ever renting a car.
Shuttle service between The Villages and the Orlando Airport is available and must be scheduled in advance.
You must be at least 26 years old to rent and sorry - no smoking or pets allowed.
Rental Deposit: A rental deposit equal to 30% of the total rental amount is due at the time of reservation to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Fees: 100% of amount paid if canceled in less than 4 weeks from 1st day of rental. 75% if less than 5 weeks, 50% if less than 6 weeks, 25% if less than 7 weeks, 15% if less than 8 weeks and 5% if less than 9 weeks.
Rescheduling: Cancellation fee can be waived or lowered if rental period is rescheduled.
Cleaning Deposit: $250 fully refundable 14 days after departure if no damages or excess cleaning required.
Routine cleaning or maid service during your stay is not provided.
Any and all state & local lodging and/or sales taxes will be in addition to rental rates. |
