We have a beautiful, brand-new penthouse condo complete with a private patio and private roof top solarium that boasts its own hot tub and out door shower , full kitchen, swimming pool, and much more in the picturesque gated village of Puerto Aventuras...Port of Adventure. We are overlooking a gorgeous lagoon and across the street from the golf course .
This unique community just south of Playa del Carmen has so much to offer...like no place else you've ever stayed! And it's All about LOCATION! 2 min. walk from our door there are beautiful white sandy beaches A natural reef protects the shoreline for safe swimming. Just steps away from our condo, be entertained by the cavorting dolphins or sea lions and watch the feeding of the endangered manatees and other unusual animals. (Are you interested in swimming with the dolphins? Here's your chance.) You may also enjoy cocktails/dining at one of the many excellent bistros or restaurants, or peruse the quaint village shops... snorkel right off the beach... go deep-sea fishing... walking, or read a book by the poolside. There are several grocery stores right here. You won't even need a car... unless you want one! EVERYTHING is within a 5-10 minute walk. We also enjoy daily walks around the town, nature sites (complete with an actual Mayan Ruin and several natural cenotes), and seeing the boats in the harbors. You can even buy fresh fish for dinner from the many fishing charters nearby... and cook it on the grill or in the oven. There is so much to do right here! Plus the town of Playa del Carmen is just a taxi ride away if you want to experience the noisier more boisterous atmosphere for an evening.
Two bedrooms have a queen sized beds. One bedroom has two bunk beds.
The master bedroom has a separate in-suite bathroom with a large walk in closet and patio ,Every room has its own self contained air conditioner , This condo is beautifully furnished... granite and marble tile are used throughout. Fully equipped kitchen. Daily maid service (upon request). The living room sliding glass doors "disappear" into the walls to open up the large covered patio making this a spectacular setting. The roof top patio with your private hot tub and BBQ makes for great evenings under the stars.
