Fantastic walkway under house, walk under 4 houses to private beach---huge plus to the property for people!!!!!!
Sleeps 6---futon in family room! House has lots of skylights---newly remodeled--furnished---lovely interiors.
4 parking spots--one is enclosed garage, rest of parking is outside, washer and dryer upstairs--new heating system--TV's. l0 minutes to Santa Monica for shopping.
