  Jenny, We had the best time in Hawaii!! The house was absolutely amazing! You have done such a good job making it a home (not just a rental house). We were all amazed at the extra things that were available to use and the toys and pack and play were great. We will stay in the house again for sure when we return to visit and will recommend it to anyone we know. Thanks again for being so easy to work with and so kind. Have a great day. Teresa

  Aloha Jenny, 25 years ago my new bride had told me that on our 25th anniversary we were going to Hawaii. Had I known what I know now, I would have never waited the 25 years. My wife and I stayed with 4 of the best friends we could ever ask for from April 22nd to May 3rd. We looked for 2 months on Homeaway.com at all the condos and houses for rent on Hawaii and always found ourselves looking at your house saying, “I really think this is the one!” After our initial phone call with you, we knew that it was the one. The location of your house could not have been more perfect. Being on the point, the sunrise and sunset is viewable from any of the 3 decks. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite which was fabulous and just far enough away from our friends. (wink wink, nudge nudge) The description of your house is covered quite well in most of the other reviews. The private beach was perfect. Most times, we were the only ones on the beach. And yes, every morning my wife ran up and down those steps 10 times and we walked to the point and then would walk down to the Subway and get our breakfast. It was also great having the grocery store right next to Subway. The scenic drive to and from Waikiki and Honolulu was breath taking. Your recommendations were perfect. The Fia Fia Luau was perfect. The show and the food was great (even had the poi). Pearl Harbor is a must! Do plan to get there early and take your time enjoying the exhibits. The Dole Plantation was very nice as well. The Waimea Valley Audobon Center is also a must see! Also take the atv tour at Kualoa Ranch. They take you through areas that movies like Pearl Harbor, Godzilla, and Jurrasic Park were filmed. Take the 3:00 P.M. tour as the sun gets lower in the sky the light off the cliffs is something to be seen. The view is absolutely angelic. Make sure you find the kissing gorillas there too. With all that said, we would have been just as happy staying at the house the whole time we were there. Most nights we made dinner in the wonderful kitchen. Steak and shrimp one night. Fish another. We even found all the ingredients in the store to make Enchiladas! Thank you so much for allowing us to experience Hawaii in a way that no hotel or condo could ever compete with. We truly felt at home and were sad to leave. We will return to Hawaii and will not consider staying anywhere else. Your hospitality cannot be beat.   OMG! THIS HOME WAS TRULY PARADISE. THERE WERE 7 OF US THAT RENTED THIS LOVELY, WARM, INVITING HOME ON OCT 10,2011. IT WAS EVERYTHING ONE COULD IMAGINE, AND EVEN MORE. WE CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD . IT WAS IMMACULATE. THE DECOR WAS SUPURB, THE FURNISHING WERE BEAUTIFUL AND COMPLETELY FURNISHED WITH EVERYTHING A HOME WOULD NEED . THE ORGANIZATION IN THE KITCHEN, EVERY DRAWER, EVERY CABINET ALL LABELED WITH THE CONTENTS INSIDE THE GARAGE WITH THE WASHER AND DRYER AND ALL THE WATER TOYS FOR ANYONE WHO IS ADVENTURESOME. EVEN SHOES TO WALK ON THE ROCKS. THIS HOME SITS RIGHT ON THE OCEAN AND NOTHING BUT NOTHING BEATS THE BEAUTIFUL MUSIC OF HEARING THOSE WAVES HIT THE ROCKS AT NIGHT WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN AND THE WARM BREEZES BLOWING. WOW, WOW, WOW. THE PICTURES THE OWNERS SHOW ARE EXACTLY AS YOU SEE THEM, BUT EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON. WHAT A PLEASURE DEALING WITH THE OWNERS. WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS OF PLANNING OUR TRIP, AND IF I EVER GET THE CHANCE TO GO BACK, THIS WILL BE MY CHOICE. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I ONLY WISH WE COULD'VE STAYED LONG. 6 DAYS, 5 NIGHTS WAS NOT ENOUGH. WE THEN TOOK A CRUISE. NEXT TIME JUST TO SIT BY THE POOL AND SEE THOSE SUNRISES AND SUNSETS AGAIN.....I WANT A MONTH. or two.!!!   I stayed in this home with my family of four and it was simply beautiful. The "Blue Room" has gorgeous, sheer curtains that blow in the wind at night as you lay in bed listening to the luscious water pound relentlessly against the rocks below. It was heaven to fall asleep to that noise every night. The family room was sensational, with wonderful, comfy furniture to relax upon. The kitchen was stunning. There are no words to perfectly express the fantastic view that the kitchen looks out upon. It stares across the aqua ocean and deep blue sky. The sun-rise and sunset are beautifully captured from this house- whether you are on the deck, the upstairs, balcony, or the kitchen, the sight is exquisite and truly breathtaking. I was blown away by the clean pool and equally clean bathrooms. The bathrooms are walk-ins with beautiful tile that feels incredible against your feet. I especially adored the privacy of the house and it's unusual but comforting U-Shape design. It offered exclusion for my family and we were unable to hear any neighbors. The walk to the beach is short and an excellent location. This house is completely magical and it will surely make your time in Hawaii a relaxing and sensational experience. I cannot wait to go back!!!

  What a great time we had in this beautiful house! The owner, Jenny, is so accomodating, helpful, and friendly. The gifts were so nice, and the house was just as we expected. We had a group of eight, with two kids and two seniors, and were all very comfortable. We loved cooking in the big kitchen, swimming in the pool, and enjoying the great views. There is a great beach within walking distance, and a more beautiful beach within a five-minute drive. The kids loved the games, and of course the pool. The house is decorated beautifully; it feels just like home. For a large group, I highly recommend this spacious, fabulous home! Thank you Jenny!

  Thank you, thank you, thank you! My family and I had a wonderful vacation at your beautiful home the week of Feb. 4 to the 12th. The location was perfect! We loved being right on the water with the sound of the waves day and night. We saw whales every day and your dining room table was our favorite gathering place each evening for a game of cards or Farkle (a really fun dice game) and family conversation. We had a wonderful visit with our son who is stationed as Hickam. Our other two sons, their wife and girlfriend, and our daughter all had a wonderful time and hated to go home. Everyone agreed that the house and location were perfect. You provided everything we needed and the boys enjoyed using the boogie boards at Hukilau Beach. We enjoyed seeing all the North Shore sights and took your advice and went to Fia Fia night at Paradise Cove where our son Eric was asked to participate in the traditional hukilau. He was a good sport and we have lots of pictures of him and also of all the girls getting up on stage to hula. My husband and I stayed in the honeymoon suite, which was perfect. The kids could stay up later and not bother us and it was kind of nice to be off by ourselves. When the kids left on the 12th, we went on the seven day cruise to the other islands and had a wonderful time. When we got back home, we were pleasantly surprised to see a card from you with our deposit check. Thanks for sending it back so promptly. We took sooooo many pictures, including many of your home, and everyone thinks it’s lovely. We’re recommending your home to everyone as the perfect place to stay if they’re planning to visit Oahu. We can’t thank you enough for sharing your beautiful home with us and if we ever get a chance to visit Oahu again we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

  My husband and I took our family to Hawaii for a Christmas vacation. After the cruise we stayed at Laie in this beautiful home. I can't describe how awesome it was. Sitting outside and listening to the ocean was just wonderful. Living in Wyoming, we don't get to hear the ocean very often. :) I can't thank Jennie and Chailoh enough for making our stay very comfortable and easy. We cooked a lot in the kitchen while looking out at the beautiful view. With 12 people it could have been quite hectic, but having this home to go to made it much easier. Everyone had a wonderful time. Words can't say how nice it was to take our daughters and their families to Hawaii and have everything go so well. This home helped a lot! It will truly be remembered by all of us forever. Thank you again and I would highly recommend this home for anyone with a large group. It fit everyone very comfortably. Thanks again for a memorable Christmas of 2010.

  After a year of planning, we finally arrived for our visit at Jenny's home. We were warmly greeted and immediately felt at home. The view is spectacular; the access to the North Shore and PCC is excellent. We traveled up and down the coast, but felt Laie was one of the best areas to stay. Mahalo, Jenny, for making us feel at home and allowing us to relax and enjoy beautiful Oahu.

  My family and I spent Christmas 2009 in your wonderful house. Not only was the house more beautiful than the pictures, but you had it decorated for Christmas. This house is in a wonderful quiet location that is centrally located for trips all around Oahu. I had more trouble posting this review than we did with anything in the house. Well worth the trip! We even got to see a surf contest on Christmas Day! Everything was fabulous. If we ever get back to Hawaii, we'll definitely check to see if this house is available.
