Why the Owner Chose Lodge at Mountain VillageWe chose The Lodge at the Mountain Village because of its perfect ski-in/ski-out location, right at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, a very accessible, world class, yet family friendly, resort. It's so convenient to be slope-side between Payday and First Time lifts, where family members can pop in or out according to differing needs, or all come in for lunch. It's also great to be just steps from the ticket office, rentals, ski school, shops, and restaurants. We love the hot tubs down the hall, the indoor/outdoor pool & hot tubs, the ice rink, the underground parking and the free city bus that stops right in front of our building.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoWe chose this particular condo because of its perfect ski-in/ski-out location on the very end of the building toward the mountain. We especially love the picture-window view of the slopes. We love being able to be connected with the mountain even when we are inside. It's also a quiet location away from bus stop and parking lot snow removal noise. This condo was in need of a total remodel, which we did in the fall of 2008. We are very pleased with how beautifully it turned out.
Very accessible, world class yet family-friendly resort. Winter: Just steps from lifts and ski-school. Summer: Great activities like biking, hiking, horse-back riding, alpine slide, zip-line, alpine coaster and more.

We both grew up spending a lot of time backpacking and hiking in the Sierra Nevada of California. Since moving to Utah, where Terry studies bees and pollination, we've become very fond of Utah powder. Our son is a terrain-park skier, and Park City Mountain Resort has one of the best terrain-parks in the West. We also love the four seasons and the great array of outdoor recreational opportunities that Utah has to offer for us to share as a family. We stayed at the condo for an anniversary getaway. What a great location and what a cute place! We were so comfortable and there was everything we needed. I see why skiers want to be here, because the lift is right outside, and for the summer, all of the resort activities are right there. The rooms were clean and attractive and recently updated. The owners gave easily followed instructions and were helpful and accommodating. We'll come back with the kids next time.

Rhonda and Terry's Park City condo was perfect for our Spring ski vacation. The ski in/ski out location was so convenient we were able to fly in and ski that afternoon! It is a very short walk to your first lift of the day. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean, organized and newly decorated. The hot tub right down the hall was an easy walk after a full day of skiing to ease our sore muscles. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else for our next ski vacation. Loved it!

This condo is the perfect place for any Park City vacation. The location right off the slopes can't be beat and with easily accessible buses picking up right outside the condo to take you either downtown, to the supermarket, or to Deer Valley or Canyons the location has it all. Very well appointed and clean, and the owners are very nice and helpful and communicate well. Thanks Rhonda and Terry.

You cannot beat this location, slopeside at Park City Resort! The condo is very clean and well appointed. King bed super comfortable! Rental equipment shops are all around so only short distances carrying equipment. The owners were wonderful to deal with, very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our long weekend and will surely recommend this condo to others. LaRae & Bill McGirr

We loved Park City!!! This was our first snow skiing trip to Utah and absolutely fell in love with it. The condo was perfect for our family of three. My husband and I shared the comfortable king bed and our son enjoyed the Murphy queen bed in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook meals. The two bathrooms were great...especially since we were provided with full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash. We loved the entrance where we could hang our snow skiing clothes to dry and store our skiing equipment overnight. Rhonda was amazing to work with...she was always prompt with answering any email questions...she even pre-purchased our lift tickets for us so they were waiting when we arrived. We loved everything about this trip and hope to come back again!!!

Perfect location and great set up for skiing. Easy walk to Main St and all busses come right to property. Restaurants in the square are also good and very convenient. Photos are accurate- very clean and well maintained property. Owner goes out of her way to make the vacation a great experience. She was so helpful and very responsive to my e mail questions. I would definitely stay there again and recommend for others.

This was our 2nd trip to Park City and staying at this condo. Our family loves the cozy condo, the amenities, the cleanlines, the fireplace, a warm kitchen to make dinner in every night, and the location is the best on the mountain with a beautiful view. We will definitely return next year.

This studio is perfect for 2 people. A mountain-view balcony, comfortable murphy bed and full kitchen are just a few of the amenities. It is located very close to a lift for winter skiing or for summer hiking, mountain-biking, a zip-line and other activities. All the shops and restaurants at the mountain base are right outside your door. You are also within walking distance of downtown and historic Main Street. The listing description was accurate regarding the location and the photos accurately reflect the rental’s appearance and amenities. The property was clean and well-maintained and the owner was very friendly and helpful in answering all our questions and concerns, as well as offering suggestions and coupons for restaurants and other activities. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative.

We are from Utah and needed a little family get away before the kids started school. We wanted something fairly close by, but still away from home and somewhere unique for the kids. We couldn't have asked for a better stay than what we got at Rhonda's condo! It is beautiful, clean, and felt like home. The kids loved sleeping in the bed in the wall! It was so great to have a fully functional kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every meal. We enjoyed movies, puzzles, and lots of swimming! Before coming, we didn't realize how wonderfully located the condo was - we walked over to the Alpine Slide and were just minutes away from dining, shopping, grocery stores, Main Street, and the Olympic Park. Rhonda was amazing to schedule with, was super helpful with ideas of things to do with the kids and even left us coupons in the room! She was also great to check in and help us with our needs once we were there. We are SO glad that we stayed here and hope to be able to stay again. Since leaving, that is all that our kids have talked about. It was such a great chance to make fun family memories - and saying in a beautiful place like this is what made the trip! Thanks for everything!
