  We highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a great location, well appointed unit and helpful owners. Our family spent a week skiing in Park City and the location cannot be beat if you have children in ski school. We would finish breakfast, descend 1 flight of stairs and cross the sidewalk to the school. This made drop-offs and pick-ups a breeze. Super convenient underground parking made outings very easy as well (though no need for a car with the bus stop just down the stairs). A well stocked kitchen made cooking in the unit very easy too. Our son was thrilled to sleep in the Murphy bed and swim in the indoor/outdoor pool. Rhonda helped with discounts on lift tickets, rentals and ski school and even a recommended a babysitter that we used 3 nights during out stay. This is a great place to stay and makes vacationing with a family really enjoyable. Thanks for sharing your unit with us!

  This condo was a great location and perfect for our ski trip and first time visit to Park City! The owners, Rhonda and Terry were great to deal with and helped with our ski rental and lift ticket purchases. The condo has been kept very nice and very clean with all the amenities you would need. We would definately stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to Park City.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  We had a great ski vacation. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. Nice personal touch with lots of extras. We had a beautiful view and were only a few steps from the slopes. You can't beat the location. Rhonda is great to work with. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back.

  Our stay at this condo was great! The location just can't be beat...steps from the slopes, close to the free bus stop that will take you to other resorts or into town. Its location in the Village also gives you many options for ski/snowboard rentals and restaurants. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the amenities such as a coffee pot, coffee and filters for the first couple of days. And we loved the gas fireplace after a big day of skiing! Rhonda was great to work with and helped with details. Thank you!

  My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend in this beautiful condo for some much needed R & R. We enjoyed the Murphy bed and the fireplace in the living room for watching movies, reading, and doing crossword puzzles. The king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable as well, and the condo is stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, the views from the condo, and the beautiful view from the hot tub just down the hall as well. We also enjoyed the convenience of restaurants and shops just downstairs. The carmeled apples at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory are to die for! The owners were very pleasant to work with, and with such an affordable rate, we will definitely return.

  I loved looking at this condo. I called Rhonda (she's lists her cell phone so you can talk to her directly, which is very very nice.) and she answered all my questions and was even willing to match competitors pricing. She was even considering driving to help us do laundry and have extra linens. I trust the owners and appreciated their help, especially considering I did not decide to stay at their condo.

  I just wanted to share my wonderful experience. My son and I visited Park City for the Little League World series. Our room was in the corner of the building and it gave us a beautiful mountain view. Our condo had a few extras that I wasn't expecting and it made our experience that much better. Our room was close to the stairs which gave us easy access to the stores, garage and the mountain. I would definitely come back.

  We had an excellent experience here. Location is perfect (recreation on site, walk to town -- but not IN town, good bus service if you need it). Plus, the owners are available and personally interested in your comfort. Kitchen and bath supplies provided are the best we've experienced. Photos are accurate. Very very good value for money. We'd recommend this to anyone. And, it's only one floor down to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory!

  We stayed at the condo for an anniversary getaway. What a great location and what a cute place! We were so comfortable and there was everything we needed. I see why skiers want to be here, because the lift is right outside, and for the summer, all of the resort activities are right there. The rooms were clean and attractive and recently updated. The owners gave easily followed instructions and were helpful and accommodating. We'll come back with the kids next time.

  Rhonda and Terry's Park City condo was perfect for our Spring ski vacation. The ski in/ski out location was so convenient we were able to fly in and ski that afternoon! It is a very short walk to your first lift of the day. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean, organized and newly decorated. The hot tub right down the hall was an easy walk after a full day of skiing to ease our sore muscles. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else for our next ski vacation. Loved it!
