Spectacular oceanfront villa, large swimming pool and hot tub. This 6 bedroom villa has 2800 square feet of space with 5 king beds and 2 queens. Separate game room with pool table and arcade games. Open floor plan in living area gives you plenty of space with the kitchen, dining and living area is combined into one large room.
You have a 56 inch 1080p HDTV to watch or play Xbox 360 and Wii. You also have the Megatouch machine with over 100 games to play. Watch your favorite movie on the 110 inch Home Theater with surround sound. HBO Showtime and other HD channels are provided for you along with a DVD player.
The two master suites have their own Jacuzzi tubs and separate showers. The kitchen has granite countertops and the floors are tile except for carpet in the bedrooms. The upstairs balcony has cushioned rockers and the downstairs balcony has counter high swivel chairs.

Why the Owner Chose Other Crescent Beach Properties
We love North Myrtle Beach because it is much more laid back than Myrtle Beach, but still has
lots of amazing restaurants & attractions just minutes away. Just a 7-10 min. drive will take
you to Barefoot Landing, & Alligator Adventure. It is just a 20 min. drive to Broadway at the
Beach, & Hard Rock Theme Park. A leisurely walk about 1/2 down the beach will take
you to Main St. & Ocean Dr., where you will find shops, restaurants, & plenty of nightlife!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We love vacationing with family friends in this beautiful villa! My mother is a local artist, &
she hand-painted several murals, & it really adds to the "get away from it all/tropical" feel.
The 2 master suites have their own oceanfront balconies, large private bathrooms, each with a
jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is very well appointed, in case we want to enjoy a home-cooked meal.
When we are not on the beach, we really enjoy the game room, with the pool table, arcade games,
Wii, X-box 360, or just kick back & enjoy the 10 foot wide projection TV.

My husband Earl, my daughter Katelyn & I (Michelle) purchased this amazing villa
in 2005. We homeschool our daughter, who is now 11 years old, & we found that
we can work, do school, & travel together as a family, while maintaining & managing
our vacation rentals. We spend a lot of time in our villa, & that helps us to be
able to anticipate any needs or problems that might arise with our guests, & we
pride ourselves on keeping our place in top-notch condition to insure that our guests
have the time of their lives to create lifelong memories with their loved ones.

We recently vacationed in this beautiful villa and had a wonderful family vacation. Our group consisted of 14 extended family members which all get together once a year in North Myrtle Beach. This villa was plenty large enough for all of us to enjoy. We've stayed in places before where we felt like we were on top of each other, that was not a problem at all here. We had more space than we have had in the houses we have rented in the past. The price was fantastic since you also had a game room and pool. (I think the big screen TVs sold my husband) There are two huge verandas that we spent most evenings and mornings on visiting with each other while looking out on the ocean. There was a well equipt kitchen that very easily accommodated us all. It was so nice the have a game room that the kids could go play in while the adults prepared dinner or watched the big screen TV in the living room. We put in a DVD for the kids on the projection TV and they thought they were at the movies. My sister can never get away from her job but that was no problem here with the internet access we had. She would spend an hour or two on her laptop then join us at the pool. There were plenty of bathrooms making shower time after the beach very easy. The property was very well maintained. We enjoyed the long walks on the beach and drove over to Barefoot Landing a couple of times for shopping and dinner. I would also recommend a restaurant called Fillet's-it was very good and had a nice view of the intercoastal waterway. We can't wait to come back next year!
