Perfect Florida Family Home!!!!

We had a great time in this home! It was so nice to come home from our daily trips from Disney, Seaworld, Gatorland, Kennedy Space center, the beach and just relax in this cozy home with the WONDERFUL POOL! We used the pool daily! The home was perfect and we had no issues with anything! The homeowner was great as well! The home is located close to all parks and amusements! WONDERFUL, CLEAN, PRACTICAL HOME! Everything worked with no issues! Not a problem with home or amenaties but would have been nice to have full size grill to grill out on! (that's our only recommendation) Our Family loved this home and the time we spent in it! Master bed was comfortable and our kids stayed in the twin room. Can't say thank you enough to home owner for being flexible with us on our dates since he let us come a few days early. Thank you! If you rent, I hope your family enjoys as much as we did!

The house was perfect, it had everything we needed ~ a home away from home~ and centrally located. I was so happy that Richard accommodated us on a Thursday evening for a Saturday arrival! ( just when another rental fell through) That was a start to a very nice stay. The pool was fantastic! We were a short drive to all the area attractions. We drove to Cocoa Beach several times ~ just under an hour away, we used a cooler, lawn chair and towels from the rental ~ Very nice :) every morning we drank coffee and took a swim, the weather was absolutely gorgeous! Our 25 day stay was great! I felt that Richard & the management company was just a phone call away , if we needed them. thanks!

This home was great for our vacation. The home is exceptionally clean and the neighborhood is very nice and we felt safe there. The home has everything you need, plenty of towels, sheets and kitchen supplies. The pool was just awesome to have and quite private. The next time we visit the Kissimmee area, we will definitely stay here again!

My friend and I stayed here for 2-weeks not for Disney but for bass fishing. Both Lake Toho and East Lake Toho are only about 15 minutes away. There are other lakes also only about 15-30 minutes away. Everything you need is close to the house. Walmart, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. House was very clean and has everything you need. (towels, utensils, pots and pans, etc.) The pool, ahh!! the pool. The weather was on the cool side so it was nice coming home from a day of fishing and going into the heated pool. As this was my first time renting a house I had a lot of questions and the Homeowner Richard was great and was always there to answer my questions, If your planning a trip to Disney or like me for fishing do yourself a favor and stay here. I feel stupid admitting this but for years I have been staying at hotels when all along I could of been staying here. Its actually cheaper renting the house than staying at a hotel. With that you have all the extra room and your own private pool. Me and my friend not being in the greatest shape we would shy away from the pools at hotels. You also save a lot of money on food because you have a full kitchen. When staying at a hotel you have no choice but to eat out which adds up quickly. Thanks again Richard for renting out your awesome home to us.

What a wonderful home. Superior Customer Service. We so enjoyed the peace and quiet and the lovely pool area. The house had everything we could have wanted and then some. The neighborhood was a wonderful place also. Very well kept. We felt very safe and secure. Great home to relax and unwind, and still have all the amenities close by. We'll be back.
