My husband and I had the opportunity to rent this condo for the month of Septembe, 2010 and I cannot begin to tell you what a great experience it was. We have been to Colorado many times but have always stayed with our daughter in the suburbs -- we decided that we wanted to try a totally urban experience and this was just perfect! We were able to really enjoy what a special and vibrant city Denver is. We attended the theater, went to two baseball games, the Taste of Colorado, a pre season hockey game, the King Tut exhibit at the Denver Art Museum and other things too numerous to name. We also used it as our base of operations to travel approximately 1500 miles thoughout the state. Everything about the condo was perfect --- it was clean and well equiped -- there were no surprises.Candice was always available and couldn't be more helpful. My husband and I have traveled extensively but this trip will go down as one of the most special!!!

My husband and I just got home from a wonderful stay at this Denver condo. Just looking at the pictures makes me miss it already. We were in town to celebrate our anniversary, attend a seminar, and participate in the Denver Marathon. The location couldn't have been more perfect. We were within walking distance to everything we needed. We enjoyed a lovely multi course dinner at the La Fondue restaurant connected to this building. After dinner we took a nice walk to Larimer Square and enjoyed a glass of wine at Cru Wine Bar. We were within walking distance to the seminar on Saturday and the marathon on Sunday. We enjoy shopping at the 16th Street Mall which is only 1 block away from this location. The city view at night was amazing and we really enjoyed the clock tower as it lit up at night. We had all of the comforts of home. This condo is well stocked and very cozy. The front desk staff was very nice and full of great suggestions. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in downtown Denver. We even ventured out one day for a tour of the Coors Brewery in Golden, which was only about a 20 minute drive. Sunday afternoon we visited downtown to watch the football games and expected it to be overly crowded since the Broncos were playing at home. There are so many restaurants that we didn't have any problems finding a great place to watch the games. Can't wait to visit again! Thank you Candice for everything!

Just what we needed!

We spent our 4th "honeymoon" in this very nicely organized, and well decorated, apartment condo. As the Chief Cook, I was pleased with the Kitchen, and the wife was delighted with the decor. Was well described in the listing, unit was clean and well appointed. Owner always available, helpful and super nice. Bldg staff likewise courteous, informative and helpful. Bldg was secure. Nice pool, game room with pool table, and exercise room with plenty of equipment. One block from Champa Street - the pedestrian mall; it was very convenient. Would like to rent this again, and will definitely recommend to everyone.

We rented this condo to attend a family wedding It was cozy clean and very well equipped.The view of the city was awesome especially at night and the spacious balcony, a bonus. We were in walking distance or a short bus ride away from family and all the activities surrounding the event.

My husband and I stayed here for a Convention in Denver. The location was PERFECT! We walked almost everywhere, the condo was well equiped, clean and comfortable. Owner got back to me on all questions very quickly and was always pleasant to deal with! I would recommend this property!

My husband and I rented this condo for an urban vacation and it was just perfect. You will not find a more convenient location in downtown Denver. We were able to walk to all the hotspots. Two blocks to Larimer square for the best dining, LoDo for dining and bars, Confluence park on the downtown river, the capital, Denver Museum of Art. Just 1 block to the performing arts center and the convention center. The views of the city are amazing and the best part is the nighttime skyline when the clock tower lights up in blue and red. You can hear all the action in the city if you leave the doorwall open. Yet being on the 18th floor, it is quiet to the street sounds if you close the patio door. Decor was hip and modern and comfortable for 2 people. Owner was helpful and available by phone. We would recommend this condo to our friends visiting Denver. Thanks Candice for a great condo!!!

Owner response:Thanks for the GREAT review. Only thing is while we wish we could allow pets - our building only allows the owners to have them. We do on occasion bring our 2 beagles to the city (they do quite well adapting to urban life) but for the most part they'd rather be mountain dogs!!
