This was our first trip to Boston for my family of 6. Kathy was friendly, courteous, and felt like a friend I'd known all my life. The apartment was clean, easy to locate, and near to parks, subway access, and stores. Parking was a bit stressful, but that is to be expected in Boston and Kathy let me know that prior to our stay. The price was right and it met all our needs. I would reccommend this apartment to any family looking to be away from the crowds of the city. Thanks to Kathy for a memorable stay in Boston!

We chose this unit because of its size, price and location. We were not disappointed! It was very spacious, clean, close to the train, convenient to the airport, and a perfect place for a family of 5. The owner is very hospitable! We would definitely love to stay here again.

We appreciated the calm in the evenings and Kathy's welcoming nature. All the little necessities are in the apartment (condiments, toiletries, maps,…) Having access to a washing machine and dryer was a great plus. Street parking is available within 15 to 20 minutes of brisk walking.Internet is available, but no phone. Would return without hesitation.

BEST big bed, pillows and sheets we have EVER found at a hotel or cottage etc. Everything worked perfectly. Even for the 2 of us the price was better than staying at a hotel near the convention center. And there was room for 4 more people! Highly recommend. Marty and Allyson

La proprétaire, Kathy, aime sa ville de Boston et sait comment nous le faire sentir. Kathy est une mine d'information qui permet de rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Tout était bien prévue pour notre famille (2 adultes, deux enfants (age 8 et 11). L'appartment était confortable, les lits encore plus et tout était comme promis dans l'annonce. Le déplacement vers le centre-ville prenait environ 15/20 minutes avec nos enfants et se faisait très bien. It was a beautiful stay.

My family and I rented this apartment this summer and were very pleased with our hosts, the location and the apartment itself. We were very comfortable, found it easy to get around and consisdered this place our home away from home. We will visit again and will recommend to our travelling friends.

Kathy and family ~ Thanks so much for providing a lovely, comfortable and convenient apartment! We felt right at home instantly! We did not want for anything - everything was perfect! Your suggestions and directions were great, and it was easy getting around on the T and the bus system - even with a wheelchair! It was also great getting to know you! Friendly atmoshphere and location, very nice and helpful owner. May be crowded for more than 4; you do not need a car to get into the center, but it takes at least 30 min. Had a pleasant stay there for a couple of days.

Owner response:Most of our larger parties are families. Happy to have all the kids share a room. We have had up to 4 kids in the living room, on the 2 futons. yes for 2 couples it can be a challenge for privacy.

My girlfriends and I had a blast and felt very safe at this location. The pictures match the apartment exactly and the owners were very willing to help in any way. We were all very pleased and highly recommend staying here.

Thank you so much Kathy for opening your home to us. We had such a good time and your gracious hospitality made our vacation that much more enjoyable. Potential future guests -- here's what you need to know: The apartment -- plenty of space, so clean, nicely decorated (but won't make you crazy if you are family with small children), well-equipped for cooking and eating-in. We were very sorry we didn't have more time to laze about on the back deck. The location -- easy easy access (1 min walk) to the bus stop, train station a short 10 min walk, easy access to grocery and great little places to eat. The host -- Kathy bent over backward for us, helping us procure museum tickets, providing bus schedules, anything we could have wished for. We now recommend this VRBO for any of our friends headed to the Boston area.

Dear Kathy, Thank you so much for a delightful stay! We loved the time we spent in South Boston. While my husband was at a conference downtown, the kids and I enjoyed being walking distance to the harbor. We appreciate the maps and suggestions of your favorite restaurants. Transportation was a breeze- a bus stop is about a block away (with very friendly bus drivers)! The home was clean and the furnishings were new. Everything exceeded our expectations. The Seero's went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was a delight! They even had some cookies we could bake waiting for us! One of the things our children enjoyed was the delivery service. We live in the country and had never had food delivered to our home (except pizza). It was good, reasonably priced and fast if we were tired from site seeing. If we have the opportunity to go to Boston again we would definitely look up the Seero's! Thanks again for helping to feel so at home. One of the best things about VRBO is that you have a friend in a new city. We are grateful for our new friends. Thanks again!

I stayed during the week while attending a conference at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. Although the bus is just down the street, I chose the 20 minute walk to the convention center. The condo was clean, the bed was comfy, and the host family was accommodating. My favorite part was watching the Red Sox beat the Yankees at Fenway which was an easy train ride away. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Boston.

Our family of 6 LOVED Boston and our stay at the Seero's home. The king bed was very comfortable and the futons were perfect for our kids. The bathroom was functional and had adequate hot water and good water pressure. The kitchen was fully functional and we ate our breakfasts there every day. The neighborhood was quiet. We stayed the week before Christmas 2008 during which time Boston had a MAJOR snow storm. The buses were not running on schedule which was a bummer. The apartment is a perfectly pleasant 10 minute walk from the train station when the sidewalks are clear. We went to a Patriot's game and the Seeros generously lent us additional gear to ward off the sideways-blowing snow. When in Boston again, we will certainly book the Seero's place!

Dear Kathy, Thank you for making our stay in Boston comfortable. Your flat is attractive and clean. The king bed is wonderful and we were able to catch up on our sleep after a noisy but fun time in NYC. Our three children rested well in the front room. The only suggestion I have is to let guests know that parking is problematic. It is best not to have a vehicle. We appreciated your assistance and we hope to visit again. Again, thank you Kathy!

Owner response:Michelle, I looked into parking further. You can park at the high school up the street overnight (only during summertime). Sorry I didn't know this earlier...

The hosts were most gracious. It was everything I expected and more. It was stocked with all the essentials for cooking and relaxing. Loved the back porch. It was like home away from home. Boston Common was only 10 minutes away by the train. We hope to come back soon !
