Forbeswood Heights is a quiet residential mid-rise retreat designed as a tropical oasis where homes and gardens embrace each other in perfect harmony. Located in the heart of the upscale development of the Bonifacio Global City, with easy access to the both the Makati and Ortigas Central Business Centers, Forbeswood Heights is just a few steps away from a myriad of restaurants, specialty shops and recreational amenities. In the vicinity are several first rate shopping malls: Bonifacio High Street, Serendra, Metro Market! Market!, Rockwell Powerplant, Glorietta and Greenbelt.

Forbeswood Heights is a gated community that provides 24-hour security. Amenities include a fitness center, tennis court, and landscaped gardens. You will enjoy the lap and free-form swimming pools with in-water pool lounge, and your kids will love the children’s wading pool and playground. Changing rooms are right by the poolside.

Our unit is located on the ground floor of Tower 3 (Cambridge Tower), with easy access to all the recreational facilities. With a total floor area of 55 sq. meters, it is enviably one of the few loft units within the condominium complex.

We have provided only the best furnishings and meticulous interior décor to complete your vacation experience. There are two air conditioners (one in the ground floor, the other in the loft bedroom), a king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, microwave, stove with oven, refrigerator, cable TV, telephone and DSL broadband internet. A water-heater is available in the shower area. Cleaning service is available once a week. As an added convenience, we also offer a laundry pick-up service.

  • We stayed in this wonderful Condo in October of this year. It is everything i read from previous guests and more. It is comfortable and quiet and has all the creature comforts found in your own home. We loved our stay so much we booked it again for the end of this year. The owners are very responsive in case you have a question or problems. We had no problems only dumb questions. Ha Ha. I would highly recommend this condo.

  • The unit is definitely a a home away from home . Located in the Global city it is very well designed with amenities for everything you need like a complete kitchen for those who wanted to cook ,a big bed and an Internet connections for those who need to get in touch with friends via e-mails . They even got a parking space should you need to rent a car during your stay. Security is superb and everyone is very friendly.One thing i like about the location is that it is just 5 to 10 minutes drive to Makati Central Business district , 5 minutes drive to major highways like EDSA and C-5 and really close to the shopping malls like Metro and fast foods shops and convenience stores are within walking distance. And if you want to go for a walk or a run in the morning all you have to do is go outside . And best of all is that the owner of the unit is very accommodating and will ensure that your needs are looked after.I will definitely recommend the place to my friends and colleagues. I hope to stay there again when i come back to the Philippines.

  • Clearly the owners know what a vacation rental ought to be when they planned this unit. I stayed at the place for 2 nights with 2 other people and was more than happy with the amenities, the location, but most of all the personal care the owners had for their staying guests. I definitely recommend this place to anybody considering an apartment over a hotel.

  • Spent 2 months and our stay were great. The condo are wonderfully designed and decorated. Were glad we picked this location...good for walking, quiet and convenient to all venues. The owners are friendly, nice and very helpful. Good amenities and security is great, friendly guard always saying hello. Absolutely excellent…overall very good & we would stay there again.

  • Had a great stay at the unit. Stayed 2.5 weeks with no issues. It was pleasant working with the owners of the unit. They were very responsive to requests. The unit had all I needed for a very productive stay in Metro Manila. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who asks.
