  We had arrived early in the morning and the tans were very accommodating. They were really good in keeping in contact with us via email. The condo is fully furnished and really makes you feel like a home away from home. It is located on the first level of the tower and easily accessible to the pool and gym. It is gated entry and security was very helpful. Our stay in Manila was for medical and we walked every day to St. Lukes which was about a 10-15 min walk away or 60php by taxi. Lots of restaurants and mini stores around the condo. Definitely a place to stay when we return again for medical. Thank You to the Tans for the warm and welcoming stay. And to Ian for being so helpful in providing all the info we needed.

  The place was great the owners were very nice and accomodating. Check-in was smooth as well as checking out. Place was very clean bed was comfortable location was excellent surrounded by everything you would need while on vacation. A mixture of high-end fancy restaurants and bars as well as affordable fast food places. Located about 3 blocks from St.Lukes Global City. I would definetly recommend this place for couples and small families because the area is clean and safe swimming pool is great and its right outside the condo.

  I really enjoyed my 2 month stay. Everything was as advertised. I was over 2 hours late because of flight delays but Owner's family was very patient and greeted me with smiles. My first 2 weeks were heavy rains, flooding many parts of Manila. I experience no water problems in the area surrounding the condo or High Street was still able to get around the entire area without issue. The condo is very convenient to area restaurants and a short, enjoyable walk to High Street; a short walk or taxi ride to Market Market for shopping and supermarket; immediately adjacent to Burgos Circle with small, relaxing restaurants and bars; a short 10-15 min. taxi ride to Greenbelt Mall in Makati; and a mini-stop convenience store around the corner for quick supplies or snacks/drinks. I especially liked that the bed is in a loft and separated from the living area, yet allowing the unit, especially bedroom to feel very open and roomy, compared to other places I viewed. The kitchen was an added bonus, with all the requirements to stay at home and cook if you want a break from dining out. Ian and his family were very responsive to any of my requests or needs. I would stay there again and recommend it to a single person or couple.

  I spent 1 week in this unit and found it to be everything I needed. It is in a great location, the owners are very nice and the apartment security are great. I would happily stay there again on my next visit.

  The condo was perfect for us but was disappointed that the pool was close.. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants was a big plus. Hope to stay there again.

  A little confusing when we arrived because there was no lobby to ask questions but the security guard was able to call the owner who was very nice. The kids enjoyed the pool which was right outside. Wished we could have stayed longer. Surprisingly quiet area. Did not have chance to use the kitchen but it's nice to have. Rode pedicabs to Market Market. Would definitely stay here again.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Its the perfect location. The condo was very clean and very safe. We would love to come back and stay there again!

  Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance while I was there but otherwise this is a nice condo in a great area. You cant really ask for much more at the price.

  Excellent place. Safe, clean and very roomy. The pictures are exactly what the unit looks. The owners are very responsive to our needs. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Taguig/Makati area.
