Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance while I was there but otherwise this is a nice condo in a great area. You cant really ask for much more at the price.

the condo is situated in a good location, accessible to lots of restaurants, to mall & all other amenities, including laundry service. close proximity to airport, too. wireless internet such a big plus! highly recommended.

A little confusing when we arrived because there was no lobby to ask questions but the security guard was able to call the owner who was very nice. The kids enjoyed the pool which was right outside. Wished we could have stayed longer. Surprisingly quiet area. Did not have chance to use the kitchen but it's nice to have. Rode pedicabs to Market Market. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice. Just what we needed as a good place to stay for a couple of nites on our way to Samar. Ian and his wife were very welcoming and accomodating. Location is great, in a very nice area, ( you know you're in a pretty nice area when Guests coming to breakfast on BurgosCircle pull up in a Porche- about 4 of those, an Audi with the engine in the back seat, and a Mazzarati- all brand new) and thee most economical that we've staying in Manila,- will be coming back for another 2 days on our way back to Hawaii.. john/ellie day www.homeaway.com/264003

Stayed here for 3 weeks in January and the location and condition of the condo made it feel like our 2nd home. Had not been back to Manila in 17 yrs and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Owners were very accommodating. The condo did not feel like a rental at all as it had everything we needed and was very clean. Plan to stay here everytime we go back to Manila -- which God-willing will be quite often from now on.

Am glad there's still an opportunity to write a review on this fabulous loft! So thankful too that a friend of ours already stayed for a couple of weeks and knew I was looking for a place to stay with the extension I had to do in Manila.. what a great advice! I highly recommend this place and the owners are really great and became quick friends of ours, which made the stay even more pleasant. Tops in comfort and simple, stylish beauty with enough modern touches. A great area, safe and secure and near a 'happening' locale in Manila! Because of the wonderful 4 nights I'll be back end of the year! Thanks for the pleasant experience again. Cheers!

the place is comfortable, safe & secure.The owners are really great and responsive in case of problems. Security is superb.Convenience stores are really close within walking distance and shopping malls too.Most of all the owners are very accommodating.Will highly recommend this unit and will definitely stay there again.However, I hope in three years they will have a bigger unit to accommodate my family of 8..Thanks for the pleasant stay.

We stayed in this wonderful Condo in October of this year. It is everything i read from previous guests and more. It is comfortable and quiet and has all the creature comforts found in your own home. We loved our stay so much we booked it again for the end of this year. The owners are very responsive in case you have a question or problems. We had no problems only dumb questions. Ha Ha. I would highly recommend this condo.

The unit is definitely a a home away from home . Located in the Global city it is very well designed with amenities for everything you need like a complete kitchen for those who wanted to cook ,a big bed and an Internet connections for those who need to get in touch with friends via e-mails . They even got a parking space should you need to rent a car during your stay. Security is superb and everyone is very friendly.One thing i like about the location is that it is just 5 to 10 minutes drive to Makati Central Business district , 5 minutes drive to major highways like EDSA and C-5 and really close to the shopping malls like Metro and fast foods shops and convenience stores are within walking distance. And if you want to go for a walk or a run in the morning all you have to do is go outside . And best of all is that the owner of the unit is very accommodating and will ensure that your needs are looked after.I will definitely recommend the place to my friends and colleagues. I hope to stay there again when i come back to the Philippines.

Clearly the owners know what a vacation rental ought to be when they planned this unit. I stayed at the place for 2 nights with 2 other people and was more than happy with the amenities, the location, but most of all the personal care the owners had for their staying guests. I definitely recommend this place to anybody considering an apartment over a hotel.

Spent 2 months and our stay were great. The condo are wonderfully designed and decorated. Were glad we picked this location...good for walking, quiet and convenient to all venues. The owners are friendly, nice and very helpful. Good amenities and security is great, friendly guard always saying hello. Absolutely excellent…overall very good & we would stay there again.

Had a great stay at the unit. Stayed 2.5 weeks with no issues. It was pleasant working with the owners of the unit. They were very responsive to requests. The unit had all I needed for a very productive stay in Metro Manila. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who asks.
