You want ski-in ski-out? Why not go all the way and treat yourself to the best location in Mountain house with this ground floor huge condo located on the slope-facing side of the building. Walk out your door past your private hot tub or private ski lockers, pick up your gear and walk right out to the lift in 25 steps total. You won't find a ski-in ski-out with easier access.
Located in the original Keystone base area (Mountain House) which is much less crowded and has much easier access to ski school. Enjoy the shorter lift lines of Mountain House but have full access to a new high speed lift and the entire mountain. There are restaurants and a bar at your doorstep, or you can ski down to River Run when you want to join the crowds and have a starbucks (free shuttle buses to river run or the keystone lake village leave every 15 minutes from near your door also).
This unit also features the ONLY SKI-IN SKI-OUT PRIVATE hot tubs in Keystone. And you won't find a nicer hot tub. The standard hot tub in Chateaux D'Mont is 20 years old, has 4 jets and a 1.5hp motor. In this completely remodeled unit, the hot tub has been replaced with a 2008 14-jet 4.5hp Arctic Spa WITH OZONE to cut the chemical use and smell! 4 adults comfortably can relax in the spa. There is also a cedar bar around on the outside of the spa!
And this unit was COMPLETELY remodeled this summer (2008) with granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, copper backsplash and fireplace highlights, all new golden gate slate flooring in spa room and entry with travertine in all bathrooms and a stunning Colorado Lodgepole pine mantle.
It doesn't stop here. The cabinets are hand-made out of 100 year old wood reclaimed from mid-west barns.
This unit also has 2 Master Suites each with a King bed (one has an extra twin bed that can also be used as a sitting/reading area). One master has an extra large shower and the other has double sinks and it's own 4-jet jetted tub for one (or two if you are adventurous).
