In need of some fun and relaxation? You’ll love some time off in this newly built, lovely Florida cottage located at 86 Thicket Circle in the Camp District of WaterColor.
This beautifully decorated home, complete with brand new furnishings, is perfect for a family get together or a large group of friends. There are two master bedrooms downstairs. One with a king size bed and a separate shower and claw foot tub. The other room with a queen size bed and a shower/tub. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a full bed the other with 2 twin beds. Each room upstairs has its own vanity/sink area and private access to the shower/tub. A set of bunk beds is also located in the upstairs hall and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. This home will comfortably sleep up to 12 people. Also, each bedroom has a flat screen TV with DVD player.
This home has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The dining table (with two additional leaves) will seat 12 plus 3 more at the kitchen bar. If outdoor eating is preferred, there is a table and several chairs on the large screened porch in the back overlooking the natural wooded preservation area (no other houses or cars to look at)! Also, the living room is open to the dining area and allows for a nice open environment in which to entertain.
Built with families in mind, our home is located directly across from a large, beautifully maintained grass park on a “kid safe” cul-de-sac …no traffic to worry about… which is perfect for children to run around and play while you relax on the porch and watch! And there’s plenty of parking for all your friends and family.
Once unpacked and settled in, you’ll enjoy close proximity to 5 pools (2 heated), a Castle/Fort playground, a Publix grocery store, WaterColor Market and Deli (sandwiches, pizza, ice cream, and Starbucks coffee), the Bait House Restaurant, fine dining at Fish Out of Water Restaurant and Sushi Bar, the Beach Club Bar and Grill, and world-renowned Seaside Village.
When you’re ready for the beach, you are only a short bike ride away from one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. Don’t worry there are no steep hills. Guests of our home will enjoy admission to the private Beach Club Pool and Grill overlooking the Gulf complete with showers, changing rooms, and towel service. Make sure to bring your sunscreen!
Tennis anyone? The Tennis Center boasts five Har-Thru courts and a pro shop. Maybe you see yourself relaxing at the Spa or working out at the WaterColor fitness center? Both are available for use by WaterColor renters for a fee. Catamarans, canoes, small sailboats, kayaks, bike trailers, and baby joggers are available for rent as well.

My family and I (2 young children) are repeat guests at this great house. The house is very cozy with its fireplace and theme. The house, Watercolor neighborhood, the resort, white sand beaches and its many pools keep us coming back. There is always enough activities to keep all family members entertained from golf to boating excursions and waterparks with close proximity. The resort dining and other dining options along 30A provide a great diversity from family dining to fine dining and "Fish Out of Water" at the Watercolor resort remains our favorite. We recently discovered the "Dragonfly" Pool which complements the other resort pools well. Nothing better than playing on the beach late afternoon and then returning home, and I emphasize "home" to relax and prepare for the evening events. House is spacious but cozy, provides a lot of privacy in its many bedrooms, the kids playroom, and front and back decks are favorites and the large kitchen and amenities provides a great option for cooking up local seafood or grilling outside. We can't wait to get back next year.

We spent a glorious Thanksgiving week in your beautiful home with our two grown children and their families. The house was perfect and is well equipped for a family reunion such as this one.
