This is a lovely single family pool home in Estero, FL. It is five years old and impeccable. It is fully furnished, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage, living room, laundry room, spacious kitchen & den with a sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. King bed in the master bederoom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. This house has high ceilings and is very spacious. It is painted in neutral tones throughout. The bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the house is beautifully tiled. The house was newly furnished in October 2007. There is a large lanai with a wonderful pool. Each bedroom is appointed with a new flat screen TV and the den and living room also have new flat screen TV's.
Stoneybrook is a gated community conviently located between Naples and Fort Meyers. It is ten minutes from the airport. There is an abundance of great shopping and dining at The Miramar Outlets and The Coconut Mall which are located few short miles away.
Stoneybrook has a golf course, pro shop, restaurant, bar, heated swimming pools, hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, baseball field, basketsball court, bike paths and outdoor in-line skating rink.
