This is a lovely single family pool home in Estero, FL. It is ten years old and impeccable. It is fully furnished, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage, living room, laundry room, spacious kitchen & den with a sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. King bed in the master bederoom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. This house has high ceilings and is very spacious. It is painted in neutral tones throughout. The bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the house is beautifully tiled. The house was newly furnished in October 2007. There is a large lanai with a wonderful pool. Each bedroom is appointed with a new flat screen TV and the den and living room also have new flat screen TV's.
Stoneybrook is a gated community conviently located between Naples and Fort Myers. It is ten minutes from the airport. There is an abundance of great shopping and dining at The Miramar Outlets and The Coconut Mall which are located few short miles away.
Stoneybrook has a golf course, pro shop, restaurant, bar, heated swimming pools, hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, baseball field, basketsball court, bike paths and outdoor in-line skating rink.
Located in in a quiet neighborhood this is a cozy, charming, house and is very well appointed with many amenities.

Year Purchased: 2007
I live full time in Montpelier, VT with my husband and two boys. Stoneybrook is our private getaway. We spend as much time as we can in sunny FL. We all enjoy going here because we love the beaches, great places to eat and shop. We love spectating at the high school football games. We also attend basketball games at FGCU. My kids love having everything so close to the house.
Why the Owner Chose Stoneybrook
We choose Stoneybrook because of it's. great location. 8 miles from the airport, close to many beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping. Germain Arena and FGCU are all within 5 minutes from our house.
The Unique Benefits of this House
My favorite part of the house is the pool area. We have a wonderful covered area that faces the pool which provides shade and is a great place to read or have your morning coffee.
