This 1 bedroom 1 bath gulfside condo features a unique view of 2 duck ponds, both out the front door and off the rear patio. Children will love to feed the ducks and watch the beautiful swans go by. The pool is just on the other side of the duck pond and can also be viewed by the back balcony. The Gulf of Mexico is just about 100 yards away across a newly built walkway. After your day on the beach you can come rinse off in the shower beside the in ground pool.
Park your car for a week and relax. There is a trolley stop within 50 feet of our unit that will take you to all the "hot spots" on the beach. You can visit our boardwalk and enjoy live music as well as great restaurants. There are local rental spots where you can rent equipment for water activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, party barges, and more. For the fisherman at heart there are charter boats that leave beach daily. Young kids will enjoy the sound side with little to no waves and water that is only waist deep.
Gulf Breeze offers an amazing zoo and Pensacola offers cultural events year round. Our condo will provide a book of all the "must see" spots in Pensacola. Come visit us and enjoy a relaxing beach vacation!!! (However, if you must work wireless internet is provided with our condo.)
Our home features a queen bed in the master, a brand new pull out sofa in the family room, plus a roll away twin bed to sleep 5 comfortably. We have updated furnishings from the previous owners to bring this condo up date with all amenities. There are 2 TV's, a DVD player, and Wifi availability in the unit. We have just completed a renovation of the kitchen, bath, floors and walls. The condo feels new again! The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare any meal and we have provided an electric grill for use on the patio.
A child's highchair is on site as well as port a crib for the babies. We also live close by and will do our very best to provide you with anything we may have forgotten. Let us know in advance if you have special needs and we will do everything we can to accommodate them prior to your arrival.
Please note that full or partial refunds will be given if a mandatory beach evacuation occurs due to a hurricane.
Ask about a monthly winter rate, or extended lease rate. We will include all cleaning fees and taxes in the quoted price, as this may make a large difference when comparing us to other units. We accept paypal, but will offer a discounted rate for any cash or cashier's check.

- Unit features a view of the duck pond and is just a short walk on the new walkway to the Gulf of Mexico. We are located on the Gulf side of the beach though a few other units sit between us and the beach. You will not have to cross the road to access beachfront, as it is only a short walk through the complex. Washer and Dryer are coin operated on site, not in unit.

With Chad born and raised in Pensacola and my having been transferred here with my family in 1984, Pensacola is definitely our home. We feel so lucky to have such an amazing beach close by and were thrilled to be able to purchase a "getaway" for our family.
Why the Owner Chose Villas on the Gulf
We wanted a vacation home that we would have easy access to. We've traveled a lot and stayed in plenty of places where the owner seems to know nothing of the unit they owned. Therefore it was important to us to be personally involved and know the day to day "operations" of condo renting.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our children absolutely love to be able to sit on the back porch and feed the ducks and swans. It's so unique to be just a small walk from the beautiful white beaches of the gulf and still feel like you are "lake front". Our condo really offers a great family atmosphere with all the comforts of home! We want every guest to feel like they are at their own "home away from home"!

This is a beautiful condo complete with everything you might need for your stay. Every type of cooking utensil was provided. We enjoyed going to Patty's Seafood and buying our own fresh seafood for shrimp boils and fish. The location is excellent, right on the beach with a very short walk through the complex. Our favorite part was feeding the ducks and watching all the children so excited by them. The property is wonderful and it is easy access and just a short drive to resturants. Chad and Jaime are very nice and easy to work with. We stayed in July and will return in September for another fun stay.

We recently stayed here while my husband was on orders at NAS Pensacola. We wanted to stay on the beach while he was working but didn't want the hustle and bustle of a big high rise condo or hotel. This place was great! It wasn't overcrowded, the other families staying there were considerate and very nice, and the condo had a nice cozy feeling. The owners have really gone out of their way to update the unit, making the stay enjoyable. It was perfect for our family of 3. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good family oriented place to stay.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

Condo was clean and very cute. Pictures are right on the money, the place looks exactly like the pictures. Great price and location. Easy access to the Gulf of Mexico Beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We had a small issue with the code for the keypad to access the condo, for which the owners responded right away with an alternative access code. The only negative that I had, was cell service was not that good, for which is not the owners fault. Apparently there is not a cell tower that far down the beach, we did have Wifi service which was a plus. My sister and I have two different cell carriers, so that could have not been the issue, just probably the distance from a cell tower. Even though we were on a mini vacation, we both are from the area (Gulf Breeze) for which we needed our cell service to contact family members and with no land line to use in the condo, we had to step outside to make a phone call for which sometimes dropped. Not a deal breaker to rent this condo again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. It is very clean and in a perfect location. If you are a couple or a family with children this is the perfect get away. The owners were great! Jamie did everything possible to make sure that we had a wonderful stay. The grounds are very clean and the pool is awesome. The location of the condo couldn't be better. My children loved feeding the the ducks every morning, and my husband and I enjoyed sitting out there in the evening. I will stay here again. The beaches were very clean, the location was perfect and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. This was a great experience! Thank you so much Jamie!!

We were truly stunned at the hospitality shown to us. Jamie went out of her way to accommodate us with an early check in and even provided extras for our baby. This was the kind of service we would expect at a high end rental, but the price was unbelievable! We could never have found a hotel room for this price let alone a fully stocked condo!! Everything was provided for us unlike other places we've stayed before. We also couldn't believe the gorgeous beaches compared to ours and loved the easy access to the trolley. We will be back again and again! Thank you.
