The one most outstanding feature that first attracted us to this location was the incomparable view of the Caribbean and the St. Maarten shoreline. The location is ideally located to the Simpson Bay area and all it has to offer. It is also surprisingly convenient to every other part of the island as well.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Some of the unique benefits we enjoy at Villa Bella Vita are the spectacular sunsets each evening followed by the slow passage of the cruise ships off into the horizon. Also, relaxing in the large infinity edge pool leaves one with the sensation of being afloat in the middle of the ocean. Later in the evening you might choose to enjoy a creative and memorable dining experience prepared and serrved just for you right at the villa by one of the island's gourmet chefs.

We stay at Villa Bella Vita frequently ourselves and, as such, are proud and active owners. Maintenance and general upkeep are never compromised. Our goal is to provide maximum service and enjoyment to our guests, from embarking on the reservation process to arrival at the airport and on through your entire stay at the villa. We had an absolutely exquisite time vacationing at the Villa Bella Vita. The views are stunning and the on line photos pale in comparison! The property is well kept, displaying contemporary and modern furnishings and decor. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are all oversized(we loved the comfort of the beds)Of special note... the caretaker and staff were very friendly and helpful whenever questions arose.What a remarkable find! We highly recommend this property for a truly memorable vacation.

Dear John and Larisa, Thanks for working with us in renting Villa Bella Vita, I speak for all 13 of us as we had a wonderful time for the 9 days we spent there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all oversized and the layout of the house gave a feeling of areas never felt crowded. We enjoyed the Media room, Pool and Pool table thruout the week. The photos of the view and house do not do the home justice, the expanse of the view when you walk into house is overwhelming and unobstructed. We look forwand to visiting again. Thanks Todd
